If you’ve had a baby recently you’ll no doubt be accustomed to carrying your little one around all day long.

Babies love to be held, and we love holding them too - there’s nothing better than a baby cuddle. However, sometimes having a baby in your arms can make things a little tricky, especially if you need to do something like make a cup of coffee, hang out some washing, or text a friend back.

That’s where babywearing and baby carriers come in.

Babywearing is the act of carrying your baby with the help of a baby carrier. It’s a great way to bond with and soothe your baby, nip to the shop without having to take the pram, and is a great tool for having your baby close whilst running your everyday errands.

Leopard print is all the rage at the moment in the baby world, with celebrities such as Millie Mackintosh, Gigi Hadid and Myleene Klass all choosing leopard print carriers for their newborns.

We scoured the market for the best leopard print baby carriers we could find, so that you and your little love can benefit from babywearing, all whilst looking bang on-trend.

At an affordable price, the Nuby thee-in-one ergonomic baby carrier has everything you need to wear your baby close and keep them protected from the elements. It has three different positions and can be worn from one week to 18 months. It’s really practical with adjustable straps and a padded waist belt for comfortable wearing.

Baby Björn has a fantastic range of leopard print carriers available to buy and I’m in love with the ‘Baby Carrier One’. As seen on Gigi Hadid, this uber fashionable carrier will have you looking stylish whilst walking around with your baby. It’s perfect for use from newborn up to the age of three and is made from a cotton blend making it super soft and flexible.

Created especially for newborns, I love the simplicity of this carrier and the subtle grey leopard print tones. It can be used from the day your baby is born and has a great design that means you can unfasten the whole front section to lift your sleeping baby out. Perfect if you want to place them down for a while in their Moses basket.
It’s machine washable too - an essential feature for all those newborn accidents.

How adorable is this stylish leopard print wrap from John Lewis? I particularly love the tie front and how it makes your baby look super snug. It’s 100% cotton fabric and is just perfect for getting close to your newborn. It can be used up to the toddler stage too.

Tula is another brand that has a great range of leopard print carriers, with specific designs tailored for newborns and toddlers. The Tula standard carrier is just fabulous and looks anything but standard. It has a supportive belt for even weight distribution, a black mesh panel to keep your precious baby cool, and a detachable hood. As a Tula wearer myself in the past, I can vouch for the comfort of this carrier, although sadly the leopard print design wasn’t available at the time, so I didn’t look quite as trendy.

I told you that Tula had a great range of leopard print carriers! I adore this snazzy little number, and it’s name: Totally Rad, 100% does it justice. Made from breathable and lightweight cotton, and adjustable to carry your baby in multiple positions, what’s not to love about this awesome carrier? Your little love will certainly get noticed in this eye-catching design. Perfect for the ravers of the future.

One for all the fashionistas out there. Lovingly made from the finest Japanese mulberry silk and cotton, this sophisticated little number will definitely make your baby stand out from the crowd. The Zeitgeist Baby Leopard Fusion is a firm favourite amongst celebrities such as Millie Mackintosh, Myleen Klass and Rachel Riley. This carrier certainly has celebrity approval. Although at £711, you might need to be on a celebrity salary to afford it!

If you’re a fan of the Zeitgeist Baby Leopard Fusion but are not a fan of the price tag, the Zeitgeist Baby Leopard Gold could be another option at less than half the cost.

Although still on the expensive side, it oozes sophistication and dons the same benefits as the fusion, minus the Japanese mulberry silk.

This Dolce & Gabbana leopard baby carrier would be perfect for any designer label loving parents out there. Its unique leopard face design is something I haven’t seen before, and will certainly get you and your bundle of joy noticed. It’s designed for newborns to four years old, so is guaranteed to get a lot of use. It comes with lots of accessories, including teething pads and a leopard head cover. The leopard face front pocket is also removable, for the days you’re not feeling so out there.

Although not technically leopard print, this Freerider sling gives us all of those animal print feels. I absolutely love how snug baby looks in this sling, and it just shouts ‘trendy mum’ to me. Perfect for newborn up to 30lbs and offering a completely custom fit, what’s not to love about this stylish sling? Also a winner of the Mother & Baby awards for two years running, it’s a brand we love to shout about. It’s eco-friendly too, made from Tencel fibres produced from the pulp of Austrian beechwood trees.

I love the design of this gorgeous Manduca XT baby carrier. It’s made from 100% organic cotton and can be adjusted to carry your little love on your front, back and hip. It can be used for newborns through to toddlerhood and beyond (max weight 20KG) without the need for additional accessories.

It’s a limited edition print though, so you better get moving fast.

Okay, how adorable is this? I’m in love with this Coracor baby wrap. It’s super soft and comes in several designs, including four leopard print colours alone. If you’re indecisive like me though, you may end up with more than one!
