Preparation Time

Ingredients

  • 2 medium eating apples

  • 8 dried apricots

  • 1/2 medium ripe banana

  • Cut the apples into quarters, remove the peel and core, and cut them into chunks.

  • Place the apple and apricots in a pan with about 75ml of water and bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 5 minutes with the lid on. Stir occasionally and add extra water if needed so the plan doesn't boil dry.

  • Slice the banana into the pan and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

  • Mash or purée the fruit to a suitable consistency.
