You don’t need a face full of make-up to lift a tired face. Just three fast, easy steps will brighten eyes, define your features and disguise the effects of a tough night. We show you how.
Erase dark circles
Dot a brightening concealer, such as Kiko Soft Focus Concealer (£7.50, kikocosmetics.co.uk) under eyes and blend with your fingers to lighten darkness.
Groom and define brows
Take a tinted brow gel (we love Benefit Gimme Brow, £17.50, benefitcosmetics.co.uk or Maybelline Brow Drama, £4.99, boots.com) and brush through eyebrows to instantly open eyes and give definition. Use an ‘up and out’ action to really lift brows.
Run a white or flesh-coloured pencil (try Kiko Colour Kajal in White, £4.20, kikocosmetics.co.uk) along the waterline of your eyes to disguise tired, bloodshot eyes and make them look wide-awake.
