Speaking on Giovanna Fletcher's Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast, the mum-of-three admitted she hasn't always found working out easy.
"I'm not a naturally sporty person!' she laughed, "I was always picked last for sports teams in school.'
Then Davina gave some shiny pearls of wisdom around finding the time to exercise when you are a new mum.
"When you've got a new baby you don't really want to exercise."
"One of the things that I've done in the past is wake up in the morning and just get straight into the work out gear."
"When you've got a new baby, they might not have a sleep pattern down or anything and it might be a few months in and you still have no idea when they're going to kip (this is why I made work out DVDs and this is why they're really short!) You've got ten minutes, you're already in your workout gear! Get in that living room and just give yourself ten minutes because at the end of it you'll feel like you've done something for you and with a new baby you're always 17th on the pecking order!"

Davina is proud mum to three children Holly, 16, Tilly, 14, and Chester, 11. During the podcast, she also urged mums all over to remember how important exercise is for your mental health.

"I didn't wear makeup, I didn't do my nails, I didn't wax anything, i didn't look after myself at all, because I had a baby to look after and that was the most important thing to me!"
