Canadian singer Michael Buble has spoken about how fatherhood wasn’t always part of his plan and that he wondered if he’d be a good enough dad
He was thrilled when his wife, Luisana, gave birth to their now seven-month-old Noah, last year, but Michael Buble has admitted that getting married and becoming a father wasn’t always on the cards.
Speaking on Canadian TV, the singer said, ‘Fatherhood was never part of the plan.
‘The further I got into this business and the further I got into the fame, the less I wanted to be a father. I would look at my friends who were married and just ask “why?”
‘Even having a kid I though I was way too selfish and impatient. And everyday she was pregnant, I was like, am I going to be a good enough dad? Am I going to be an absentee father?’
But it seems that any concerns he may have had are firmly at the back of his mind now. The star regularly shares pictures of him and Noah on social media – the most recent being a cute family snap of them with his wife, at Disney Land.
