The Saturday singer shows off her enviable post-baby figure but admits she suffered from a lack of body confidence while pregnant with one-year-old son Parker.
There's no doubting that Frankie Bridge looks amazing – despite giving birth to her first baby just last year. But the singer, who's currently staring on Strictly Come Dancing, admits that it took a lot of work to get her post-baby shape, and confidence, back.
Frankie admits she didn't have that elusive pregnancy glow and felt ‘out of control' of her body. Speaking to Women's Health magazine, the mum-of-one admits she suffered from water retention in the first trimester of her pregnancy. If Wayne [her husband] squeezed my leg, he’d leave a handprint,' she says.

So how did the singer regain her figure? Pilates three times a week and training with husband Wayne has helped, she reveals. 'I did boxing with him a few times and he’d make me carry on for ages,' says Frankie.

Of course, starring in Strictly had also played a big part in her new body, but Frankie admits it’s hard to be away from son Parker all day.
‘I hate it if I leave in the morning and Parker’s not up, and I get home and he’s already in bed. It doesn’t happen often, but if it does and he wakes in the middle of the night crying, I’m happy – we can cuddle for two minutes.’
