Chances are that you know plenty about Kim Kardashian herself but how much do you know about her four children?

Kim Kardashian’s kids

Together Kim and her now ex-husband Kanye have four children. Their first daughter North West was born on June 15, 2013. North was followed by their son, Saint West on December 5, 2015. Kim and Kanye’s third child, their daughter Chicago was born January 15, 2018 and their fourth child, Psalm was born May 9, 2019. Both Chicago and Psalm were both born via surrogacy.

Taking to Twitter recently, the 40-year-old mum of four tweeted fans to share how much she thinks her kids look like her and Kanye.

One fan said 'Saint looks like a light skin Kanye. Like seriously twins!!!!!' while another claimed 'girl no he looks like kanye 😭 but chi! now that’s your twin!'

Kim replied 'What’s crazy is I don’t really see that but everyone says it!' with another Twitter user saying 'I think North and Saint are the perfect mix of you and Kanye, Chi is your twin and Psalm is Kanye’s'

Kim Kardashian's pregnancies

Sadly the Keeping up with the Kardashian’s star did not have a very enjoyable experience during her pregnancies. She experienced preeclampsia during her first pregnancy, which forced her to deliver North at 34 weeks. With both her pregnancies, she suffered placenta accreta after delivery, eventually undergoing surgery to remove the placenta and scar tissue.

After the difficulties of both of these pregnancies, doctor's advised Kim not to become pregnant again, leading her down the route of surrogacy for her third and fourth children.

Speaking about her experiences of pregnancy in a post on her website, Kim wrote: "I'm gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life! LOL! I don't enjoy one moment of it and I don't understand people who enjoy it.

"Maybe it's the swelling, the backaches or just the complete mindf**k of how your body expands and nothing fits. I just always feel like I'm not in my own skin.

"People just don't tell you all of the gross things that happen during pregnancy or after. Do you know you basically have to wear a diaper for two months afterwards! LOL! No one told me that! #SoSexy."

However Kim insisted that it is worth it in the end. She completed her blog post by writing: "Really, it is all SO worth it when you have your precious baby in the end! So for all my complaining, it's 100 per cent worth it and more!!!"

Who is Kim Kardashian?

We’re impressed if you don’t already know but Kim Kardashian is an American reality star, businesswoman and producer, with a huge presence on social media.

She was first known in the media as the friend and stylist of socialite Paris Hilton but soon gained attention following the release of her sex tape in 2007. That same year, Kim and her family, mum Kris Jenner and siblings Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Rob Kardashian and half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner starred in the E! reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians which projected Kim and her family firmly into the limelight.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

Kim first got together with her husband Kanye West, a rapper, while she was still married to her second husband, Kris Humphries. Kim and Kanye got engaged on 21 October 2013. They married the next year in Florence, Italy. Sadly, Kim filed for divorce from Kanye February 19, 2021 due to "irreconcilable differences". The pair have agreed to joint custody of their four children.
