The Duchess has reportedly commissioned designer Jenny Packham, who created the polka dot maternity dress that Kate wore when leaving the hospital after George was born, to make her three gowns. So hopefully one or more of these will be unveiled while in the Big Apple.
The royal couple will fly to the US on 7 December and stay there for two days, visiting the September 11 memorial and taking in a basketball game (which Jay Z and Beyonce are rumoured to be attending, too). The Duchess will also attend a local development centre while Wills visits Washington D.C. for a conference.
