It’s official – Prince George is following in his mum's footsteps and becoming a style icon in his own right as it's revealed that half of UK parents are influenced by his stylish wardrobe and baby essentials
Out of 2000 new parents, surveyed by Churchill Home Insurance, two in five would consider buying the Silver Cross Sleepover Elegance Body pushchair, which costs £675, because Prince George has one.

Dubbed as the 'Prince George Effect', 43 per cent of parents also said they were influenced by Prince George when buying clothes or toys for their baby.

The poll also found that 57 per cent of new parents felt 'forced' to own a designer pushchair with 51 per cent of those admitting this is because they want to look good next to other parents.
