Rudolph turkey burgers by Annabel Karmel

  • Serves: 15 mini burgers
  • Preparation time: 20 minutes Cook: 5 -10 minutes

Method

  1. Measure all of the burger ingredients into a food processor.  Whiz until finely chopped. Season and shape into 15 mini burgers.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry the burgers for 2 to 3 minutes  each side until golden  and  cooked through
  3. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the halved bun, and then add the burger and then the top of the bun. Break a pretzel into two. Stick each half into the top of the bun to make antlers.  Attach a cherry tomato for the nose using a cocktail stick and finally stick the eyes onto the burger bun using a dab of mayonnaise.

*Be careful to remove the cocktail sticks for little ones before tucking in
