‘Where’s Your Head At? is our campaign to drive parity between mental and physical health at work and college. We know these places look different right now so more than ever we are here as your mouth-piece and supporter, sharing our stories and signposting ways to get help.

With everything that's happening across the world right now, it's more important than ever to talk about how you are feeling. We want you to join the conversation by sharing an image and a message about how you're feeling right now, no matter how that might be, with the hashtag #WheresYourHeadAt.

You can get involved on Twitter and Instagram and we'll feature as many as we can in our #WheresYourHeadAt social wall below.

How we write our articles and reviews
Mother & Baby is dedicated to ensuring our information is always valuable and trustworthy, which is why we only use reputable resources such as the NHS, reviewed medical papers, or the advice of a credible doctor, GP, midwife, psychotherapist, gynaecologist or other medical professionals. Where possible, our articles are medically reviewed or contain expert advice. Our writers are all kept up to date on the latest safety advice for all the products we recommend and follow strict reporting guidelines to ensure our content comes from credible sources. Remember to always consult a medical professional if you have any worries. Our articles are not intended to replace professional advice from your GP or midwife.
