1) Best for easing morning sickness

To combat morning sickness, ginger could be your saviour. It’s been used for centuries to aid digestive problems and nausea.

Make it:

  • Blend a few slices of fresh, peeled ginger (according to taste)
  • 1 slice of mango
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 apple
  • 2tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • Handful of ice
