From bump to baby, these expert midwife delivered antenatal classes will help you to gather all the knowledge you need for labour, birth and your journey into parenthood.

These classes are taught by registered midwives and all the information is evidence based, providing you and your partner with the tools to make your own informed decisions throughout pregnancy, labour and birth.

They are small and interactive classes where you will learn about birth plans and decision making, signs and stages of labour, pain relief, giving birth and recovery, and you will meet other parents-to-be who are at the same stage in their journey as you.

The webinars are weekly sessions that you can join live, and cover maternity related subjects – Perineal Massage, Gestational Diabetes, Colostrum Harvesting, Birth Partners.
