You might be wondering what to wear and how much you might have to spend on new clothes. But fear not, New Look has an amazing range of marvellous maternity wear that will look fabulous on you and that will be kind on your wallet.

Finding maternity clothes doesn’t have to be stressful. Whether you want to accentuate your beautiful bump in a tight-fitting dress, or delicately cover it in a stunning smock top, New Look has everything to meet your maternity fashion needs.

I’m a massive fan of their collection, and after having two pregnancies in three years (one being a twin pregnancy), I can vouch for their quality, durability, and ability to fit over even the biggest of baby bumps!

Here is a selection of our favourites.

I know what you’re thinking. Leggings aren’t the most exciting of wardrobe purchases. But honestly, a good pair of maternity leggings are worth their weight in gold. They have an elasticated waist and are bump accommodating, and look great under dresses or teamed with tops and jumpers.

You can’t go wrong with a polka dot top in my opinion. This lovely top is so versatile and would be perfect for in the office or for lunch with friends. It has an elasticated waist, long sleeves, and a button-up front for discreet nursing, so it can be used during pregnancy and beyond if you wish.

Jersey dresses are perfect for any occasion and will last the length of your pregnancy. Wear them in the summer with flip flops or in the winter over tights and with a cardy. These are made using soft organic cotton and are a bodycon fit. Just perfect for showing off your gorgeous bump while looking stylish and feeling super comfy.

It’s all about leopard print at the moment, so it’s no wonder that these leopard print pyjamas are selling fast. Made from a soft cotton blend, this wrap-around top and comfy printed bottoms are perfect for catching some Zs.

Add a pop of colour to your maternity wardrobe with this snazzy green animal print midi dress. It has long cuffed sleeves, a tie front, button-up fastening, and is a lightweight fabric for keeping you cool on warmer days. The fit-and-flare design will leave you feeling all dreamy as you go about your day feeling effortlessly elegant.

How gorgeous is this belted tunic dress? Another versatile little number that can be teamed with leggings and pumps, or bare legged with biker boots. You’ll look stylish in this lightweight dress, perfect for so many occasions.

Get that summer feeling in this pretty pink floral peplum blouse. You can’t go wrong with a floral blouse, teamed with leather trousers if you’re feeling flash, or with some denim shorts in the summer. This gorgeous lightweight blouse will keep you feeling cool and comfy and will continue to look lovely as your bump grows.

Is it me, or do dungarees look fabulous on pregnant women? I can’t pull them off normally, but when pregnant there isn’t anything cooler than a nice pair of dungarees cradling a gorgeous baby bump. These mid-wash denim dungarees with adjustable straps and a four-pocket design look effortlessly stylish teamed with a long-sleeved top or a tee. Add a trendy pair of Converse and you have the full package.

Depending on the time of year that you’re due, you may want to invest in a winter coat for those cold winter days to keep you and your baby feeling snug. The khaki parka doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon, so you can feel fashionable in this trendy coat all winter long. You could even pass it on to a friend who is expecting, or keep for any future pregnancies.

These lift and shape jeggings are a best-seller and are so flattering with their sculpting seams. They are a skinny fit and look amazing with floaty tops and jumpers. I’m a fan of an over-bump waist as it makes your bump feel all snug, but you can pick up a pair of these with an under-bump waist too. A wardrobe staple.

You don’t have to compromise on style when expecting, and I just love this batwing sleeved, ribbed design, brushed fine-knit jumper. Oversized clothing is all the rage at the moment, and with this relaxed fit jumper, you will feel on-trend and comfortable. What more could you want?

Shopping for jeans is just the worst, isn’t it? They’re one of those wardrobe essentials but are just a bit boring to buy. Well, these Tori Mom Jeans are flying off the shelves and look super comfy, probably due to their comfort stretch denim. They have a tapered leg and sculpting seams too. No need to feel stressed buying your pair of maternity jeans. Perfectly named too for a Mom to be.

Comfort is key when you’re pregnant, and how comfy does this hoodie and jogger set look? It also comes in grey and black.

Imagine cosying up on the sofa in this soft, ribbed set, dreaming of the arrival of your little one. Bliss.

There’s nothing more relaxing than taking the weight off your feet and going for a swim when you’re pregnant, and you’ll feel super glam in this lovely polka dot swimsuit. It features adjustable and detachable straps, as well as removable padded cups. You can’t go wrong with a classic monochrome look.
