Children can be seated with complete ease for both the parent and the child through the use of the 360 degrees rotary feature. Would you recommend this to other mums?

Natalie: I would recommend this product because of how easy it is to use and the fact it can be rear and forward-facing. I also like the quality of the materials and my little girl is so comfortable in the seat. The colour was vibrant. It is easy to fit into the car and the Isofix is great.

Gail: I would definitely recommend this car seat to other parents. The design is lovely and the extra padding around the babies head is brilliant. Having the option to have the seat rear and forward-facing is great so you don’t have to worry about having to buy two car seats. This is great if parents are on a budget.

Rebecca: The design of the car seat is good. I tested a stylish unisex design which has longevity. The seat is suitable from birth up until the age of about four so there is no need to buy a new one for some time which keeps costs down. The seat appears comfortable and my son was very happy in it. The cover is easy to remove and washes extremely well. The build is good although when in the newborn position the seat does catch on the Isofix base so the turn isn’t as smooth as it could be although this doesn’t affect usability.

How did this product make your life easier?

Nikki: This product makes my life easier as a mum due to its swivel function and the way you can get my son in and out easily He is very wriggly and this make is so much easier. I tested this when he was 16-months-old and it would have been so much easier if I had something this from birth.

Elizabeth: This product makes my life easier as a mum. It enables me to swivel the seat to face the door so I can place my baby in the car seat with ease and without having to strain at an angle. Having a bad back, this is a massive help. My little boy is now quite heavy so this does make life easier. I can make sure he is strapped in securely before swivelling him to the rear-facing position.

Alexis: I love the rotating car seat. I’m a strong believer in keeping children rear-facing for as long as possible. I found it made lifting in the child and strapping them in much easier. You can see if they are harnessed in properly and you're not leaning over awkwardly. The Isofix fixes them in safely and gives you peace of mind knowing the seat is installed correctly.

Would you choose this product to win?

Elaine: I would choose this product above all others because of the ease of use and the way it spins around to get the child in and out. It has a removable cover for washing following any accidents. It washed well and came off easily. It is good quality and rear and forward-facing.

Emma: I would definitely choose this product because it has all of the features you’d want in a rear-facing car seat. The 360-degree swivel and recline features make it stand out over other car seats I have tried. The fact that it can be used for a number of stages and it can both rear and forward-facing is a real selling point.

Beccy: I already own another similar style of car seat and I much prefer the Merlin. The swivel feature on the Merlin is great. This product takes all the things I didn't like about my current car seat and has improved on it. The recline was really good in rear-facing mode, in other seats, I find my child's head falls forward but not with this. I would happily buy this and will recommend it in future.

What changes would you make to this product?

Karen: I would make it easier to install. I found it stressful and I can't imagine having to move it between cars often as it would be a real chore. It did fit in well with other seats I have in the row so that was good. The fabric is good and easy to clean. I thought my child was comfortable in this seat.

Louise: The only thing I would change about the product is the price tag! It is so modern and brilliant. It would improve the whole travelling with babies experience for so many parents. It is such a shame the price is so high and would be out of many people's budgets. I feel that even if it were £100 less, they would probably see a higher demand and it would be out of reach for the people it would help improve life for most.

Lisa: If I could change one thing about this product it would be the weight of the car seat. It is very heavy and my shoulder is a bit weak lifting this between vehicles. Once in the car, it fits very quickly and easily.
