At a glance:

Mamia organic fruit pots are made using only apples and pears, making it one of a baby's five-a-day. These pots are suitable for 4+months and they are ready to eat. The product contains no added sugar, containing only naturally occurring sugars.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

Fay: I would definitely recommend these to a fellow mum/friend. These are made with organic fruit and there are no other added ingredients. These are for babies from age 4+months so if you need to wean your baby early as I did, they can get different tastes and 100% fruit in these pots. The price is an absolute bargain.

Claire: I would recommend these to other mums due to their convenience. The pots make excellent breakfasts, desserts, and snack during the day. They were a good size to transport. Most importantly my son enjoyed eating these. They are smooth without having a gluey taste or texture. I liked the pots rather than a pouch as I found them easier to use with a spoon.

Hannah: I have already recommended the pots to all my friends and given some to the nursery because I loved them so much. They're easy to take out and easy to store at home. I love that you can recycle them which is very important in our household. I also recommend putting them in porridge to sweeten it.

How did this product make your life easier?

Carly: I don’t have to worry about preparing, cooking and mashing up apple and pear every day. As they are such good value, it makes sense to purchase these instead of doing it yourself. Particularly as they can be used in so many different ways. It's great to be able to just grab a pot from the cupboard in the mornings.

Natasha:  The fruit pots are a perfect addition to my little one's breakfast. They are great to add to porridge or baby rice and I really like that you are able to keep them in the fridge for 24 hours as they are quite big when you are trying out as a first weaning food. The fact they are organic keeps your mind at ease as a mum that they are eating healthy.

Katherine: All of the goodness but no purée fuss. These pots are easy to grab and go, they definitely saved me at least a good 40 minutes worth of peeling, steaming and mashing fruit.

Would you choose this product to win?

Marie: It was this food that changed my baby from a fussy eater to a baby who will eat anything but only from Mamia. I would love to see this product win as it has made my life as a mum so much easier. I only use Mamia foods as my baby won't eat any other makes.

Tabitha: I would choose this above other similar products because of their convenience. The taste was good and my little one would devour one (or more) pots. Additionally, it was important to me that when using a convenience food that it was still healthy and nutritious, which these fruit pots were.

Sophia: This product is good as it is organic, with no additives, good portion size and has a long expiry date so can be kept in the cupboard. Above all else, my baby really likes it, which would make me pick it again. The only downside is that it cannot be resealed, which is only really an issue when out of the house.

What changes would you make to this product?

Sahra: The size. For stage one weaning, it is too big for one meal so needs to be split.

Fay: There is nothing I would change about this product. These organic apple and pear fruit pots are delicious. Great value for money. They are a quick and easy dessert/snack for home or out and about. They are made with organic ingredients and there are no other added extras in there. These are 10/10 and I will definitely be purchasing them.

Claire: The peel-off lid was quite thin and so when transporting them I would put them in another bag in case they opened. A more study top would help avoid this. It would also be nice to have a pack which included a selection of flavours rather than six of the same.
