2015 – Bottle Feeding Award!

The Philips Avent Natural Feeding Bottle is a good quality, well-designed product that aims to make the feeding process as natural as possible, which is why it combines well with breastfeeding. The bottle is comfortable to hold and the teat is flexible to the point that baby can look around while feeding. The anti-colic teat can be noisy, making a high-pitch squeal as baby sucks, which can disrupt feeds. The bottles are easy to assemble, clean and sterilise although the markers on the side are not very clear and it’s easy to miscalculate measurements. It is an expensive product, perhaps slightly over-priced but it is effective – who’s to argue with a happy baby?

2014 – Shortlisted for 'Best Product for Bottle Feeding' Award!

Philips Avent Natural Feeding Bottles are easy to clean and assemble. The measurements are clearly labelled and the bottles are designed so that baby doesn’t take in air when feeding. The collar is quite wide and might press against baby’s nose – not a big deal though. The bottles are effective but aren’t too different from many others on the market – they don’t offer anything special other than a fair price.
