2015 – Shortlisted for 'Best Breastfeeding Bra, Top or Accessory' Award!

The Breastvest is a great concept. It's easy to use and makes feeding comfortable and discreet – hiding that post-preggy belly bulge. The material is lightweight and washes well although the extra layer might be a bit excessive in summer, especially when out and about pushing a pram. The straps are also too thin and pull where they join the main fabric of the Breastvest.

Overall, a fabulous, reasonably priced product.

2014 – Shortlisted for 'Best Breastfeeding Bra, Top or Accessory' Award!

The Breastvest is made from soft material and is comfortable to wear. It washes well and dries quickly. The straps are adjustable but they don’t seem to stay up very well on narrow shoulders, even when altered.

It’s not something that’s going to revolutionise breastfeeding, rather; it’s a simple solution to a basic problem – covering your post birth tummy! It’s a snug fit but on certain body types does have a tendency to roll up and could perhaps be a bit longer. It also adds an extra layer to an outfit, which could be too much on hotter days.

It’s a useful product if you don't plan on using a breastfeeding shawl or sling but expensive for what it is – the addition of some kind of tummy control fabric would up the value of the Breastvest. It is nonetheless a discreet product for any breastfeeding mum who still wants to get out and about with confidence.
