How did this product make your life easier?

Sharon Harp says: "I found the Tesco Own Brand Toddler Meals to be very useful to have in the cupboard for when time isn't on your side! They come in a variety of nutritious and tasty flavours that appeal to toddlers, even some fussy ones! The meals include family favourites so your little one needn't feel left out at meal times. The consistency of the food is a good balance of small and slightly larger pieces to chew. I would definitely recommend to other parents and would buy myself in the future."

Amy Harper says: "It's a complete meal ready to go, just warm it up and it's ready. Don't need a bowl just use the plastic dish. Very handy for taking out and about and just bin the dish don't need to carry dirty dishes home with you. It's also a balanced meal so handy if you're a bit pushed for time to cook something nutritious for baby. We use them especially when we have our weekly takeaway as we know it's a healthier option for him. It also gives a good starting block for knowing what textures egg they can handle at the different stages."

Zoe Harris says: "This product satisfies my child when she is hungry. They are easy and quick to make on busy days; especially when we are out for long periods of time. The packaging explains very clearly what is in the product alongside the nutritional information. They are also very good value for money and would be repurchased in the future."

Would you recommend this to other parents?

Eleanor Harrison says: "I would recommend this product based on its ease of use and it’s price point. There are a few different dishes to choose from meaning that if baby doesn’t like one flavour it’s easy to find something else. The portion size is just about roughy for a toddler so there is minimum wastage at the end of each meal."

Nicole Mitchel says: "I absolutely would recommend these food dishes to another mum. They were so easy to cook in the microwave, the guidance was clear and easy to follow. I think the fact they are organic will appeal to mums and families. The dishes were packed full of vegetables and when I had a little taste of each one I could see why my son enjoyed them so much."

Alice Mosey says: "I’ve tried many brands and this one actually looks like a proper meal. I tried it myself and it doesn’t compromise on flavour and still allows baby to test and try different textures and flavours despite it being pre-made. It’s also pretty affordable (cheaper than other well known brands) and arguably no different."

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Sarah Nash says: "The packaging was attractive and recyclable, the meals were interesting in flavour. This isn't the product we would usually buy but I would buy it again. The portion size was too large for my baby. With some of the other products it is easier to heat part of a meal at a time and save some for the next day."

Sarah Nicholson says: "I would definitely choose this product over others. We have tried other meals and puddings in the past and my child has not liked them. They absolutely devoured these so to me that is a fantastic benefit that they are clearly very tasty. The price of the product also attracts my attention as many are over £1 that taste as good as these."

Georgia Ntouka says: "I would not choose this product, especially if you compare to other baby meals. There's food pouches from other super markets that cost less and the meal is tastier and can keep up to 2 days if not consumed all in one go. So this for me as a mother is a big issue. The packaging and colours can make it quite attractive to the eye of a baby/toddler but the inside is quite disappointing!

What changes would you make to this product?

Amy Harper says: "This is totally a personal opinion as there's not really anything else I could think of. I don't always find the portion sizes to be enough. My boy is a big eater and and big for his age - same height as my 3 year old nephew. So I would often have to offer some finger food along with the dish and even a pudding afterwards. I would like to see some bigger portion options."

Zoe Harris says: "I would prefer the product to be more environmentally friendly with the film. I also think it could include more ideas on how it can be an accompaniment rather than a stand alone meal. The cooling time can also be a wait for a small, hangry toddler but this could just be due to the different wattages of microwaves."
