We spoke to these real parent testers to get their review...

How did this product make your life easier?

Toni: They are super slim and discreet, meaning I can just pop a handful into my changing bag with no fuss. The packaging, (other than the box they come in) is minimal, so they don't take up much room in your bag, which as a Mum is ALWAYS full of things for the children, leaving not much space for me. And I feel confident and secure wearing them.

Emma: It's important to feel comfortable as a mum as life is always so hectic and busy. Using these products implies that I don't need to worry about what is going on with my body and I can concentrate getting my little one ready. They are also easy to store in my nappy changing bag and are discreet when we are out and about.

Charlotte: I like it because it gives you confidence that there won't be any accidents during the day and it's also scented so produces a nice odour when you're using them. Lots of people don't talk about the discharge issues and incontinence during pregnancy so it's great to have a product that discretely deals with these issues and makes you feel confident.

Would you recommend this product to other parents?

Samantha: I would recommend this product to other pregnant friends because they add an extra sense of security that all mums to be crave. As a busy second time mum small leaks can be more common so it is a relief to find a product that is absorbent and non intrusive, I barely realise I'm wearing these and it takes a weight of my mind.

Victoria: They are really comfortable as mentioned above. They are also quite discreet as they are so thin so can’t be seen trough clothing. They feel breathable and keep you feeling fresh. Also as mentioned they are great for the rendition phase when maternity pads would’ve been to thick. I also imagine frat for little bladder incontinence leaks.

Amy: The Always Dailies Extra Protect Large Liners have odour neutralising technology and extra length which means you feel fresh and more protected for longer (very hygienic). They give off such a nice scent – I even left the box out in my bathroom as an air freshener! They are also very reasonably priced for a large box.

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Heather: I would definitely consider this product, the only thing that could sway me is pricing, I would like to look what else is on the market to see if there is anything of the same quality but maybe for a better price. The quality of this pad, the design and the adaptability is definitely something that would attract me to continue using it.

Amy W: Yes I would choose this product going forward as I feel it was discreet when wearing leggings which I wear a lot of. I felt secure wearing them incase if leak when out and about I wasn’t worrying or stressing that it may go through to clothes. Nice and easy to store in my handbag doesn’t take up too much. Highly recommend.

Sharifa: Yes, Always as a brand are very good and every product that I’ve purchased has lived up to expectations. They are a trusted brand. Other brands are cheaper, however I’ve found that they don’t neutralise odours, they aren’t as absorbent and sometimes can leak. The material is much better with Always. Other brands tend to tear and also don’t stick very well to your underwear.

What changes would you make to this product?

Leanne: I would change the product so that they were biodegradable. I think a lot of consumers are starting to want biodegradable products so that we can all help the planet even if only in a small way. If the product was biodegradable, I then probably would continue buying it to alleviate my guilt of not using reusable pantyliners.

Toni: I really like most things about the product, the feel is lovely. How thin they are is great. The softness and design is super, but for me personally; I think I would have liked them to be a lot longer. Vaginas/bodies are all different shapes and sizes and I feel they are a little too short for me. If they had been longer, they would be perfect.

Emma: They are a functional product but maybe if they came wrapped in a little wrapper that you could make disposing easier (like a sanitary pad or tampon). However, this is a only a small improvement and don't think it would make my life better. I have used this to help a side effect in pregnancy that is unpleasant and it does the job nicely.
