The beautiful botanical print Purflo Breathe pregnancy pillow offers support and comfort to your changing body with ergonomic shaping and breathable materials. It can also be used as a back support, feeding pillow and tummy time pillow beyond pregnancy.

Here's what our mum tester Beth thought of the Purflo Pregnancy pillow...

How did this product make your life easier?

I have [pelvic girdle pain]{href='https://www.motherandbaby.com/pregnancy/health/beat-pregnancy-back-pain' }(PGP) and must sleep with my knees separated, the Purflo Breathe pillow is firm and keeps my legs aligned with my hips so I don’t wake up in pain. It’s long enough for me move my legs around while still maintaining a comfortable position, unlike other pregnancy pillows which keep you stuck in one position.

Would you recommend this to other parents?

Yes absolutely, especially for women suffering with PGP or hip pain. It’s a bonus that it’s so pretty and the cover is easy to remove to wash. It’s easy to move around the bed if you want to change sides and it’s not too big so my 3-year-old can still squeeze in for cuddles too!

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Yes, I have tried other pillows, one softer and one flatter that fits around my whole body (and takes up the whole bed), it took a little while to get used to the Purflo Breathe due to how firm it is, but now it’s a game-changer, I wake up well-rested and without pain in my hips.

What changes would you make to this product?

It would be nice to have some support under my bump, it’s too wide and firm to fit underneath. I also need to use an additional pillow behind my back, but it’s still worth it for how well it supports my hips. I find it a bit too firm to use as back support and I think it will be a bit big to use for tummy time, but we shall see!
