Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

The design of the thermometer is very child friendly. My favourite feature about the product is the flashing light which is great when using it in the bath to warn you if the temperature is too hot. We now use the thermometer at every bath time but for me I don't like it as a room thermometer as much as the one we are currently using. Great as a bath thermometer though.

The flashing red light makes it easier to know if the water is too hot without having to look at the numbers.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I would recommend the Brother Max Finn Bath and Room Thermometer to fellow parents because I really like the fun 'Ray' design, it's very well made, easy to use, comes in a choice of colours and promotes child safety. I use this product more as a bath thermometer than a room thermometer but I like the versatility of the product and having the option to use as a room thermometer. When using as a room thermometer the thermometer stands well on any flat surface but the fishy 'Ray' design lends itself to being a bathroom product / item.

The Brother Max Finn Bath and Room Thermometer enables me to bath my young daughter with more confidence as I can quickly obtain a temperature reading for her bath water. I leave the thermometer in the bath water for the duration of her bath as this allows me to monitor any changes to water temperature and as the thermometer looks like a 'Ray' it also trebles up as a bath toy.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The only thing I had to take a second or two to figure out was how to turn the Brother Max Finn Bath and Room Thermometer on. The instructions tell you to 'tap' the product to turn it on and instinctively I tapped the digital display of the thermometer with my finger as I would an electronic touch screen device. I quickly realised that the digital display is not touch screen and I needed to tap the thermometer against a hard surface, once I'd figured this out I loved everything about the product.

An easy and quick way to see what temperature the bath water is, or even the baby's room. It's a lovely fun design and so baby also used to play with Finn in the bath too. It's lovely smooth plastic and easy to clean.

I can safely see that the water is at a suitable temperature for baby, instead of using my elbow. It flashes to say if water is too hot or cold.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Maybe an audible beep for when water is too hot and the batteries used to run out quickly.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I loved the design of the Brother Max: Finn Bath & Room Thermometer.  It not only looks great but is easy to transport from bedroom to bathroom as well as if you go away.  It gave me piece of mind that the bathwater was the right temperature as well as the room temperature.  I really liked the flashing red light feature when the bath water was too hot especially when you have bubbles in the bath as it was easy to see.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

It sped up the preparation of bath time as I could see the temperature as the bath filled up and adjust accordingly.  During the one heatwave we had this summer it also helped me decide how cover by newborn at night so that she was warm but not too hot.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

There were times when there was nothing registering on the screen and I had to tap it on the counter to get the reading.
