At a glance:

Childs Farm mild, foaming bubble bath makes bubbles fragranced with organic tangerine oil. The bubble bath is designed to clean and moisturise all skin types. Suitable for newborns and upwards. Vegan, dermatologist, and pediatrician approved as suitable for sensitive and also eczema-prone skin.

How did this product make your life easier?

Curstain: I love these bubbles. The smell is subtle but lovely and very fresh. The product has a great bubble and we had great fun wearing our bubbles as beards and hats and mustaches. My toddler and I caused much laughing by dressing up our 6-month-old in bubbles who thought it was hilarious. Many products do not last as bubbles but these do.

Charlotte: It makes it easier as baby enjoys it, he seems to be much happier at bath time now and that’s since using this product. So bath time now is a pleasure for us both, no more screaming baby. He also smells a lot nice than before as this product seems to do a better job of cleaning any sicky bits and makes his hair smell lovely.

Samantha: Bath time is so much easier with this product. It foams well, has a sweet, delicate scent (not too strong or intruding), and generally feels like it cleanses the skin very gently. My baby has normal to dry skin and this is gentle enough to use every bath time without drying his skin out further. I have also used it occasionally for my daughter who has eczema and have found it was not drying like other brands. Bath time is quick, easy and tear-free with this product, and you don’t need much each time.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

Angela: Yes - mostly because of the fact it has been dermatologist approved. I use it daily on my child and have had no issues with dry skin. The smell of the product is lovely and the bottle is easy to use but secure as the lid is difficult for little fingers to open. It is readily available in high street shops also.

Sarah: I liked that this product was soap-free and contained natural ingredients. We have had success with Child’s Farm suncream before and we were hopeful that again that my little one would not react to the ingredients. She managed a bubble bath without too much trouble or irritation afterwards. It was nice smelling enough for our whole family to enjoy.

Charlotte: I would recommend this product to other Mama’s because I think it is lovely. It smells wonderful, bubbles up well and the packaging is lovely too. It’s also great for sensitive skin so it’s something I will always choose to buy. It’s organic which is a bonus. I also suffer from really dry hands but this product doesn’t exacerbate that.

Would you choose this product to win?

Emily: I feel compared to other products this product is a good contender to win the award. I really love the design of the bottle, which looks much classier than a lot of baby bath products. The smell of the bubble bath is divine and I will from now on be purchasing this brand of bubble bath over other products.

Alexia: I would choose this product and would now try others in the Child’s Farm range when previously would have stuck to tried and tested Johnson’s brand. Since testing the product have bought a replacement of the bubbles to use. Competitively priced, no adverse skin reactions and bubbles last for the whole bath.

Samantha: I definitely would choose this product - and have done several times in the past - if I was looking for a non-emollient product that foams and cleanses well. I also like the packaging - it’s simple, nice colours, and the bottle is easily held when bathing a baby. The design, usability, and functionality make this product stand out.

What changes would you make to this product?

Curstain: My only criticism of these and with all products from the Childs Farm range (I use a lot of them for us as adults too) is that when holding a baby it is very hard to get the product out. A put down on the floor/shelf and pump-action would be much better. They need to be able to get sensible amounts out one-handed. Currently, I put a blob on my leg/shower tray and take it off there.

Angela: The price is slightly more than other supermarket baby bubble baths, which needs to be taken into account. In addition, the bottle is slightly bulkier than other similar products for taking for travel. However, on the whole, the product is great and we have now switched to using this brand since receiving this product to review.

Charlotte: I really liked this product and I have nothing to change about it other than having more of it per bottle. Maybe a pump to get the product out rather than the squeeze as when you’ve got slippery hands this could be a little easier. Other than that there really isn’t anything I can say as I just loved it!
