Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

This is a very funky bold design, the quality of the material is very good. As a gift it would be lovely. It does wash really well and comes with everything to theme your nursery. It is unisex but I think it is probably more suited to boys than girls.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

It washes well and the fitted sheet is easy to put on our standard sized cot. Having a bale is an easier way of buying matching items when decorating your nursery.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I would have the bale a bit cheaper as it seems a lot to pay for bedding.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I love the bright bold design which matches in with both our boys’ rooms. The material is lovely and the fitted sheet is light and fits with the standard size mattress. It includes all required to theme your room. I like the fact I can use it for my newborn or toddler. The duvet looks comfortable and has plenty of attraction for a toddler.

Having a bale means you have what you need in one pack. It does have the ability to be used from baby to toddler, which can help justify the more expensive price tag. As it has been too hot we have yet to use the duvet but the blanket has been popular on the sofa in the evening. It is very soft and snuggly and can see this being fought over in the winter.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

To include matching breathable cot bumpers.

This is super funky and smart, it really turned the room into a bright and lively place. The cot bumpers were so bright they really got bub’s attention. The quality of the material is clear and the blanket is so cosy. Having a full set makes it all look so smart.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

Bub’s love going in the cot and tries to get at the animals and this is helping him to get used to the cot before the big move and gives me a chance to have a shower.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

To have matching sleeping bags.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

Because it's gorgeous! The quality rivals all high end brands such as Mamas and Papas but is much more vibrant. The fleecy material of the blanket is so soft. There is longevity in it as well - the detailed, raised patterned playmat can be used in later years as a duvet when your child begins to use the cot as a cotbed.

There are also other products in the range to kit out a nursery which look (on the Internet) equally lovely.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The 'free' door hanger isn't much of an addition. In fact it's nowhere near as lovely as the other products.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

This is a very bright high quality bale. I love this design it is unisex so could be brought and used before you know what you are having. When put together, it looks really good, even my older children like the look of it.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

This has made setting up the nursery really easy and ready for when baby moves in. The bright characters have helped to let my baby play in the cot so getting used to the big move soon.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Include more bedding stuff to match and sleeping bags.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

This has a lot of different bits included as part of a nursery set. It would make a lovely gift, but a little expensive for an everyday purchase. The theme is cute but probably more for boys and maybe even a little too bright for a nursery to sleep in. I like the quality of the set and found it didn't fade with washing.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

This product doesn't really change anything except if you were decorating your nursery you would have a lot of items already so would not need to match up.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The colours to be a little less bold for a sleep space.

Tested by mum Andrea Holden for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

It is very attractively looking and clearly a good quality set. Having a bale or set is easier to decorate your room. However this is expensive and from my experience they grow out of their nursery decorations quite quickly so it may not last as long. It does wash well which is vital.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

It has everything to set up a cot theme.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Have it more full of useful items rather than just pretty stuff, so two or three fitted sheets, a sleeping bag etc.
