Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

Stérimar Baby Nasal Spray was really easy to use - the spray is easy to push down and the bottle is a handy size that it can be taken away with you. Most importantly it really works! I used this on my newborn when he had a bit of a cold and I could hear he was congested and within 10 minutes the mucus had come down his nostril. I have found that the bottle also lasts quite a long time as you only need very little of it.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

Stérimar Baby Nasal Spray was a lifesaver when my child had a cold - otherwise I would have felt helpless. But this spray really helped to unblock my baby's nose and so I would really recommend this product. It seems that the spray is not unpleasant for the baby either as I found that he hardly flinched and was quite happy for me to use it on him.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I must admit though that for the best results although this product is brilliant to loosen the mucus, it is best used in conjunction with a nasal bulb suction. I don't think there is anything I would change other than perhaps to offer an option which is sold as a spray and a bulb suction tool so that you have one solution all in one pack.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

This product is easy to use and surprising once the baby gets used to the sensation they don't seem to mind it being used on them. The Stérimar Baby Nasal Spray is quite big and it is quite daunting to use it on a small baby.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

Knowing it is only saline solution rather than harsh chemical medicines means that you dont need to worry about when and how often you use it. Just clearing the nasal passages before settling down for the evening can promote a better night’s sleep as well.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Some sort of wipe or cap to put over the nozzle or to clean the nozzle would be nice as it doesn't seem very hygienic at the moment.

Tested by mum Helen Robinson for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I would recommend Stérimar Baby Nasal Spray as it is a natural remedy that has proven very effective for my newborn, the nozzel is a good size for small noses and it didn't upset him too much during use, it unblocked his nose gently and quickly helped soothe his snuffle. I feel this is great value for money as I see it lasting a long time.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

This product made my life easier as it helped get rid of my newborn’s blocked nose, helping him breathe clearly which made him settle easily. I thought he would be upset when it was sprayed but he didn't seem too bothered by it.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I wouldn't change a thing, this product does what it says on the label quickly and effectively.
