The Magnetic Stacking Rocket by Discoveroo is a great toy for encouraging imagination, problem solving and building skills.
Made from wood, it’s hardwearing and durable, with an attractive colour design. The use of magnets to join the stacking pieces together is really clever although the toy will not withstand being flown through the air, which will be the natural inclination of many children – an idea would be to add more magnets to strengthen the product in play. A drawstring bag would also be great for storing the toy – preventing pieces from being lost in an abyss of toy chaos. It’s quite pricey but wooden toys usually are; definitely worth the fun though!
