Lightweight and easy to assemble, the Apollo double pushchair is a good budget choice for those short on space. It does feel on the flimsy side, though, and our testers weren’t convinced of its longevity.
The Apollo is a decent, low-cost double pushchair that folds compactly, making it a great option when space is limited at home or if you have a small car boot.

It doesn’t have the finesse and style of the more expensive double buggies, but it does what it needs to for a significantly lower price.
It’s quick to assemble, and the central handle means it can be pushed one-handed, making it easy to manoeuvre. The canopies seemed a little flimsy though and our testers were not sure how supportive the pushchair would be for newborns. The Apollo struggled on uneven ground and the brake sometimes needed more than one try to lock securely. The folding mechanism kept sticking, too, although this did improve with use. It’s not the sturdiest buggy and is only really suitable for city terrain. But we think it’s ideal for travelling as it folds up so small and is easy to carry. Great as a second pushchair to keep at gran’s, too.
