At a glance:

The Silver Cross Coast promotes comfort and style while being incredibly practical and efficient. The Coast is suitable for little ones from birth and has an optional tandem seat or car seat. You can also choose whether you want your baby to face you or the world.

How did this product make your life easier?

Laurie: This pram is super sleek. The attachment of the seat to the body chassis is really easy to release and attach. The pram folding system is really swift to drop and erect and folds up and down within seconds. The pram features a fabulous adjustable handle which ensures real comfort for both myself and my husband who is much taller than me.

Jemma: The silver cross coast is stylish, easy to use and comfortable, it has padded seat liners added for extra comfort which can also be easily removed for cleaning if needed. When used as a double pram both children have plenty of room and the seats can face you or outwards or opposite ways. The material of the seats and carrycot is of great quality. It has good suspension and can be easily pushed and moved around when being used as a tandem buggy. The seats lie right back if your child falls asleep. The hoods on the seat are upf50+ and are extendable they have air vents too keeping the child cool on the very hot summer days. The rain cover fits perfectly over both seats and keeps the children dry even on the very wet days. A mosquito net is included too. The pram has many configurations and can definitely adapt to most of your needs as a small or growing family. All in all this pram is an absolute pleasure to use with only a few things that may not suit all.

Samantha: I used this product with my son and a friend's daughter. I found it very nice to put together and to push also. It was very easy to get up and down and also a nice comfortable ride for the children. One slightly higher than the other. It is also so easy to assemble it makes life easier getting baby in and out.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

Ieva: It's easy to manoeuvre (although my bugaboo chameleon is easier to manoeuvre with one hand). It has easy adjustments, easy position changes, good basket size and great adjustability on both parent handle and the handlebar in front of the baby. The baby security straps have a nice design and the front wheels lock. It looks very nice and elegant!

Jade: I would definitely recommend this Pram to my friends as I was really impressed with it! It’s stylish, modern and practical everything you look for in a pram! The strong looking wheels are always a great thing and that you can change the footrest which is an added bonus. It’s super easy to assemble and fits well in my boot.

Rebecca: I would recommend this pram purely because pushing it with two children in was a pleasant surprise. Yes, it was a workout but I would expect that with a 2-year-old and a large 9-month-old - however pushing it on the grass was great and pushing it up a curb was so easy. The suspension was amazing and I have already recommended it to so many people.

Would you choose this product to win?

Rachael: I think the coast is a very well made tandem pushchair, it makes my life easier as a twin mum. It is lighter than my previous silver cross wave - a bonus when lifting into the boot. The carrycot and seat unit can be used in two-height positions, including an elevated position to bring your baby closer to you. There are 27 seat configurations that will suit any mums needs. I love the black chassis, sun visor and padded seat. Thank you Silver Cross.

Sasha: I do think this product should win. It's a great design, showcasing British heritage. I haven't seen other systems that are as versatile as this one. I love all the combinations of seating and this would particularly appeal to a family with two young children who are different ages. Having a newborn and a toddler at the same time can be daunting, isolating and tiring, but with this system, parents would feel more willing to leave the house with both children easily transported, with changing bags safely attached, coffee at the ready and a basket waiting to be filled. This pushchair lies completely flat so makes it ideal for use when the baby is too big for a bassinet but still has daytime naps. Being 5 foot 3 with a 6 foot 3 husband means that we are always on the lookout for products that we can both use comfortably. I loved that you could extend the handles so that a taller partner can also push baby along.

Jemma: This product would definitely be one of my favourites to win the one thing that really stands out for me is the ease of use. The pram has many features that would suit most families. there are also lots of accessories that can be added if needed. The most important thing is that both my children were comfortable and had plenty of space when being used as a tandem pushchair.

What changes would you make to this product?

Jade: I’m not really sure what I would change about this Pram as I really enjoyed testing it out! I’d say maybe you don’t need the 5 point harness as makes it feel a bit stiff! Apart from that I liked the canopy as kept the sun off and just enjoyed the Pram overall, so it’s good it doesn’t have many negatives.

Rebecca: It was rather heavy it was fine when I had been walking because I would tell the pram right up to my boot, collapse it and then I would only have to lift it into the boot. But on the times where I had to carry it say from my house to my drive which isn’t very far away, I just found it so heavy and I’m a young lady and consider myself to be pretty strong. I certainly wouldn’t expect my mum to be able to carry it which wouldn’t be ideal if she were to look after my child and needed it. Overall, a great product - my 2-year-old found it comfortable and he wasn't too big for the seat at all.

Samantha: If I could change one thing it would be the size of the storage compartments underneath, having two children there may be extra things you need to carry. Sometimes I couldn’t quite fit everything into it that I needed. Apart from that, I wouldn’t change anything at all here. I just wish I could have kept it for longer!
