UPPAbaby Cruz V2 at a glance:

The CRUZ V2 continues to offer parents a compact without compromise stroller solution with a whole new design and upgraded level of strolling performance. New dual-action rear suspension paired with front suspension ensures a softer ride and a downsized fold makes the CRUZ V2 even easier to carry and tuck into tight spaces or boots. Bigger wheels create a smoother ride over tough terrain and the toddler seat can now accommodate children 6 months up to 22kg. A higher back, longer leg rest, and a deeper footrest provide added comfort for growing children. Available in nine great fashions.

How did this product make your life easier?

Debbie Bennett says: Extended sun canopy means no need for umbrella or sunglasses for baby. Can peek at your baby easily to check on them. Looks great, and sure looks expensive! Ride along board can be added for an older sibling. Love the variety of colour choices. Folding mechanism is one easy step. Suspension absorbs some of the bumps when on rocky terrain!

Jennifer Broomfield says: This product feels very lightweight and is easy to manoeuvre. My son is walking so has been perfect out on our walks when I’ve decided to let him walk for a little while as I can easily keep my child on his reign and push this stroller around at the same time. The brake system is a very clever design and much better than the pushchair I have, putting the brake on and off is much easier and I’m not scuffing any of my shoes. The handle is very comfortable also which is great for long walks.

Sara Burcham says: The pushchair is really lovely, it looks really nice, it moves brilliantly and is so easy to maneuver, setting it up is really simple, i like that it sits up very upright and my little boy looked so comfy in it. It is quite heavy and takes up a lot of space in the boot though, i think it is quite over priced unfortunately and out of our budget to purchase.

Would you recommend this product to other parents?

Emma Chatfield says: It feels and looks really smart for a travel system. The suspension on the wheels makes it lovely to push around and keeps baby comfortable. Easily adjustable straps are brilliant and make it really easy to switch between children of different ages. Lots of room in the seat and adjustable hood height means you could use this pushchair when baby is much bigger.

Christine Day says: I would recommend this pushchair to taller mums. A lot of my taller mum friends found the height of the handle to be perfect and alievated a lot of backache from stooping. I would recommend this pushchair to people who had the boot space and house space for a large luxury pushchair such as this one.

Sarah East says: The ease of being able to fold it up quickly is a huge bonus. There are certain aspects of the pushchair that did feel like they were made from cheaper materials. Like the harness clips for example. They felt like very thin, cheap plastic that could have the potential to break or snap. I also felt that the pushchair felt quite heavy and bulky when folded.

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Kelly Frazer says: I would chose this product above all others on the market as it does offer lots of great features for a full sized pushchair such as it has a small compact size and large seat. I like that this pushchair is also available in a variety of colours and if necessary you can purchase a separate carrycot for newborns.

Helen Grieves says: I would choose this product over others due to the quality and ability for it to deal with taller parents. I didn’t realise how much uncomfortable it is pushing a chair whose handlebar isn’t at the correct height. The quality of the build of the pushchair is apparent all over the product from the leather details, to being able to recline one handed and the feel of the fabric.

Hannah Leland says: It is a winner in my eyes. I am not aware of any other product on the current market that offers everything it does. The features that really makes this product standout for me are: The absolutely huge basket space- big enough for a large change bag and several shopping bags. The big wheels that mean it can handle the roughest terrain. Not forgetting the lockable wheels that make steering even easier. The weight and compact size is fab for a pushchair with bigger wheels and large basket. The design is are really different to others and very sleek. The lovely variety of colours are so appealing. I love the dusky blue colour the best, but it's a hard choice. The extra large hood was super useful on sunny days. Covering my child perfectly, but thanks to the mesh panels it also let in plenty of air so it didn't get too hot. I imagine the large hood would do a fab job in wetter weather too. The fold was relatively simple which is very handy when you are a new mum.

What changes would you make to this product?

Chloe McQuade says: If I could change one thi about this stroller / push chair it would be the price. Although this is a great product and I would recommend it to others (maybe only people I know could afford it), it is very expensive for just a stroller. I would be more inclined to accept the price point if it was a travel system or if the stroller came with more accessories.

Laura Minns says: The price. I really like the pram, it's design and features, but I would not pay £700. I would like slightly more cushioning and padding within the seat area of the pram. If I were using this pram with quite a small baby (say 5 months plus) I would like it to be more cushioned of perhaps come with a footmuff attachment for the price.

Jemma Savillewood-Chinappen says: Make it better for more petite parents!! My husband and I are both 5ft 2 and we felt that the handlebar was just too high for us to push comfortably. Other than that, it is a really lovely buggy, with definite push appeal - it looks great and really comfy and was a lovely comfortable ride for my little boy.
