Would you recommend this to other mums?
Sarah: The salsa is a lovely stylish buggy. It is well made and very sturdy. My toddler loved sitting in it and she wouldn’t get out! It also comes with a lot of everyday accessories that most other buggies don’t come with like a cup holder, bumper bar, rain cover, mosquito net and car seat adaptors. These in themselves save not only money but also time. It is also good when on rough terrain. The suspension in the frame gave my toddler a smoother ride. It also has a really big deep basket under the seat.
Channing: I would recommend this product to a fellow friend/mum if they were looking for a beautiful looking pram that comes as a travel system and is easily accessible to put up and down. The design is very practical and caters for everyone. An added bonus is that it can be folded down in two steps which is great if you are in a rush or by yourself.
Aurelie: I would recommend this product as the basket is a very good size. The design is good and the foldability is easy. The hygiene is perfect as you can easily clean it by undoing the pram and wiping it down. The comfort is very good with the three different levels of seating.
How did this product make your life easier?
Cate: I really liked the big basket underneath. It meant I could but a big backpack under the seat as well as a ball when we went out for an activity. It also meant there was plenty of space for shopping which I found particularly useful. The fact that I could extend the handle made it more comfortable to push as I could push in an upright position.
Hayley: The Salsa 4 has some great features to make life easier. It is very small and compact when folded. It has world and parent-facing options as well as good sturdy wheel suspension. The wheels are easily removed for storage or when fitting it in a small car boot. The basket underneath is spacious and very roomy. This pushchair had all of the required and desired features for busy mums on the go!
Rebecca: I loved being able to fit my bag and all my shopping into the basket while my baby is sleeping or awake. It protects my little one from the sun/rain and it is really easy to manoeuvre. It makes it easy to go out and about whether on public transport, walking, or in the car. It is also comfortable to push with nice soft handles.
Would you choose this product to win?
Sandra: If I could turn back time, I would definitely use this from newborn with my girl. I think this product stands out as it is so light to carry. The fabric and cushion are such good quality. My little girl does not look squashed and she is plenty of room to move. I like how high up she sits in this pram. The handle is great for people who are tall.
Lucy: I definitely think this product should win. There's nothing bad I can think to say about it. It's perfect from baby up to toddler with use of the Moses basket for babies. It's so easy to use in every way. It makes life easier for mums on the go! It fits loads in for long days out. You can take the baby changing bag plus a big bag of food. It is just a perfect pushchair.
Charlotte: I would choose this product because it included everything that you need to ensure your baby is safe and comfortable from birth up to their toddler years. The different components were easy to switch on and off plus the travel system and design were well thought out. I particularly liked the big wheels as we do a lot of walking.
What changes would you make to this product?
Rachael: I think the one thing that would improve this is how it folds. It was not very intuitive. We had to look at the instruction manual and even then it was hard to work out what to do. In a similar vein, the pushchair seat was easy to recline but very hard to return to a sitting position. It seemed as though you needed three hands to tilt the chair back up.
Sarah: I would include the option for an Isofix base for the car seat.It'ss much more secure and also much easier for mums to lift the car seat in and out without having to faff around with seatbelt. I am surprised car seats are still made without the option of an Isofix base. It is a shame as I liked the design of the system aside from that.
Ashleigh: I would change the feel of the product. The handlebar felt cheap. I would want the product to feel more high-end for the money that you are spending on it. It would need to sell itself more on the luxury end for the price.
