How did this product make your life easier?

Chantal: It has meant I have not had to worry about whether or not my child will develop nappy rash as there is this great barrier there to stop it. Which has meant there has been no need to wake up to change a nappy. Also it’s been great not having to worry about whether or not my child would react to the product as it was a sensitive formula.

Sarah: I like being able to use a natural nappy cream without lots of additives and chemicals. This is important to me both as mum with a new baby, and also because I use cloth nappies. I really like that this nappy cream is compatible with cloth nappy use, so that I don’t have to worry about ruining them.

Alice: This product is quick to use as it means we only have to apply one nappy cream when the baby has a bit of a rash, previously we were having to apply a nappy rash cream and a barrier cream however this is an all in one solution that appears to work in both ways. The product is really soft and light so makes application quick.

Would you recommend this to other parents?

Sophie: I would recommend the Childs Farm Nappy cream to other Mums, particularly if they had eczema as it seems so gentle but effective, and my little one has never had significant nappy rash as a result. It can also be used on other problem areas such as dry or irritated skin, and I used with success behind my baby's ears.

Chantal: I definitely would recommend this to other mums as it does what it is meant to. It is even a great product for little patches of dry skin that you might notice on baby. This meaning mums have less products think about, or take with them when they are out and about. The cream was nice and smooth. It was just thick enough unlike some other nappy creams which can feel quite heavy and oily on the skin.

Sarah: Yes, I would definitely recommend this item. I like the fact that it’s not fragranced, so that the cream doesn’t have extra chemicals in it that my baby doesn’t need. I also like that the cream doesn’t have any dye in it and it’s made of natural ingredients. It’s important to me that I don’t use harsh chemicals for younger babies especially.

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Chantal: I would choose this nappy barrier cream above others as the formula is so gentle. The nappy rash cream I protective enough to prevent nappy rash but also moisturising enough to combat dry skin. I typically have sensitive face skin and used a little on my nose it was very dry. The difference the cream made was amazing especially as my typical face cream didn’t seem to make a difference.

Ineke: I love this product as an everyday nappy barrier cream to protect both our baby and our toddlers bottoms. However, when my children have had times of sore nappy rashes I have had to use metanium ointment cream to clear up their nappy rash as nothing else works on my children when their bottoms are red and sore. Therefore if I had to only ever have one type of nappy cream in my house it would have to be metanium.

Alice: I think this product should win, as a 'healthy' alternative to the standard nappy creams on the market. The cream is really soft and light making it quick and easy to apply leaving little residue behind. Any residue can be rubbed into your own hands as it's suitable for adults too. I personally like what the Childs Farm brand stands for. (Vegan & Cruelty Free)

What changes would you make to this product?

Sarah: It’s hard to find fault with this cream, there’s very little I would change about it. It doesn’t work as well as some creams for treating existing nappy rash and I might use a different cream for that purpose. But for an everyday cream, I liked this one a lot and would buy it again. I think it deserves to win.

Alice: If I could change one thing, it would be for the product to come in different sizes as I would like a larger pot for home and a slightly smaller one for taking out in the nappy bag. Other than that I think there is little else in the product that needs to change hence why I think it should be the winning product in this category.

Rebecca: I really struggled to find something I might change about this cream as overall I really liked it. The only thing that I thought might be a good idea is if they produced a smaller version for things like traveling and for changing bags as 100mls is quite a big size when you may only need a small to be for other occasions
