At a glance:

Our panel of mum testers found these nappies soft, comfortable and loved the Frozen and Spiderman designs, making their tots excited to wear them. Perfect if your little one needs that extra help to stay dry at night.

What they say:

“DryNites® Pyjama Pants have been specially designed to help children manage the bedwetting phase. Designed to resemble a pant while using discreet materials to feel like real underwear.”

Would you recommend this to other mums?

Yes, most definitely! My children have said these are really comfy to wear, with the Frozen and Spiderman designs being incredibly age appropriate, and they love wearing them. They pull down without overly touching the legs, so are perfect for nighttime potty training, and for any boy or girl needing that extra help

How did the product make your life easier?

They’re so, so simple to use! Both my children are able to pull them up and down just like knickers, without me having to help. Yay, no more nappy changes! Once used, they don't sag too much either! They have really encouraged my children to use the potty at night, whilst also giving them the reassurance that they won't wet the bed should they forget. Perfect product!

Would you choose this product to win?

I think this is a standout product, with a great design that is also incredibly comfy for my children to wear. My only quarrel would be the price. I have two girls; so fortunately, they can wear the same design, however, if I had one of each sex then this would be rather costly, and for the same price you could just buy a plastic sheet for the bed. That said, the designs win it for me, as my children love wearing them!

What changes would you make to the product?

Although we love the designs, I would like them to change the designs maybe once every few months. My girls love Frozen, however, the newest craze is Moana, and I would hope they would follow what the crazes are, otherwise the same design for a year or more would soon make my children bored of wearing them.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

They’re easy to use, and nothing could be simpler than pulling them up! They seem like they're designed fairly well, and feel very similar to nappies, so aren't too much of a change for little ones to get used to. The only issue we found was that they didn't properly absorb some liquids, so if there were any overnight accidents, then it would leave my daughter’s skin sore in the morning.

How did this product make your life easier?

This product makes my life easier as I can pull them up like knickers instead of having to do a nappy up, meaning I can explain to my little girl that she's a big girl now, and that she needs to keep her 'big girl night time pants' dry, just like she keeps her daytime knickers dry. This also makes bedtimes quicker and easier.

Would you choose this product to win?

I wouldn’t, unfortunately, purely because if there were an overnight accident, then the DryNite’s didn't seem to absorb all the liquid. The dampness and acidic nature of wee would be rubbed up against by daughter’s skin half the night, which would then lead to sore patches and discomfort.

What changes would you make to this product?

The absorption. As I've said above, the DryNite was wet to the touch if there was an accident in the night, which doesn't go well with sensitive skin. Also, I’d change the character designs – boys are cars and girls are princesses. My daughter loved wearing the princesses, but she also loved wearing the cars, and wanted me to mix them together to make a pink car!
