We say: This baby carrier is suitable from birth with no newborn insert required. It offers four ergonomic carrying positions and is straightforward to put on and take off. The waist belt is sturdy and well-padded, and the form-fitting shoulder straps make this comfortable to wear. It can be used for carrying children up to age three. It’s easy to adjust and comes in a range of stylish, unisex colours.

Tested by mum Claire and Rosa, 5 weeks:

I struggled with this carrier. You can tell it’s good quality but at only 5’2” tall, I found it too big and bulky, and thus not comfortable for long periods. My baby seemed to get a bit lost in it and the recommended leg position for newborns didn’t seem comfy. I’m hopeful that we’ll get better use out of it in future, once my baby is a little bigger.

Tested by mum Rebecca and Freddie, 6 months:

I can't use this on my back for hiking until 12 months. The buckles sit right on the bust line – not ideal for anyone with a larger bust. Fred is positioned really low down inside, so his neck is well supported but it’s quite dark so he tends to fall asleep, and I don’t always want him to! The buckles are fiddly and there's no ‘click’ to confirm it’s secure.

Tested by mum Laura and Marley, 12 months:

Lots of straps on this but it’s simple and intuitive to use. It fits my body well but for the best fit I have to pull the waistband tight – a bit awkward around my stomach. Marley’s weight is evenly spread – I don’t feel the strain of carrying him until after about an hour. It looks great – I love the purple/red colour, and my husband is happy wearing it too!
