The Fisher-Price Kick & Play Piano Gym is fantastic! The mat is colourful and attractive, and of outstanding quality. It assembles easily and the controls are simple to use.

The toy is great for ‘tummy time’, with lots of interactive points to keep baby busy. It’s also a good size and the variety of featured play options mean that the Gym will last all the developmental phases that babies will go through in a year. It is an expensive product but its high entertainment value makes it worth the cost.

Tested by Emily Stavri, 32, from Wiltshire, mum to Bertie, six months. She says: ‘Bertie’s attention span is quite short, so we need a baby gym with lots of variety to stimulate him and hold his interest.

‘This is suitable from birth and Bertie loves it. The piano is a great addition to the conventional design. The position of the piano can be changed, so little ones can either kick at it while lying down, or reach the keys with their hands once they can sit upright. Folds away neatly for easy storage.’
