Munchkin’s Vibrating Massage Teether is a clever idea! It’s easy to hold and easy to clean (a good thing because it’s also easily dropped) but it’s not the first thing that a baby is likely to chose to play with in a pile of toys.

The idea of having different shaped pads to cover different areas of the mouth is a good one. It does, however, take some time for little ones to figure out how to bite and get the vibrate function to work (if they figure it out at all) but once it’s working the massage action seems to help with teething pain – even as a distraction.

Although the vibrate function is clever in theory, the Massage Teether is not particularly appealing or stimulating (probably age dependent). It’s also redundant once the batteries have expired (they cannot be replaced) but it is a good size and not a bad price either – definitely worth a try!
