How did this product make your life easier?
Abi: I would recommend this came to fellow friends/mums as my children really enjoyed it. It was also a game they could play on their own that kept them entertained while I cooked dinner once the instruction where explained.
Aimi: This is a fun and simple game, really easy to set up and my 4-year-old understood the rules straight away.
Harriet: This game is small enough to carry in your handbag if you were going on a train journey or to the airport. The game is colourful and immediately appealed to my 4-year-old daughter as she was keen to get as many colourful scarves as possible. The game is very good value for money, and the pieces are thick and durable so I think would last a long time. They are also ideal if you have smaller children because they are unlikely to be torn or broken, and can be wiped down!
The game was easy to use, and the rules were quick to understand. I would recommend this game to other parents and would 100% look to buy some more games from the range.
Would you recommend this to other mums?
April: My 4-year-old can play with these cards independently, safely and with the understanding of what she needs to achieve in terms of matching the cards. However, the rules of the game are not easy to fully understand without an adult co-coordinating the game, which is frustrating when trying to encourage her to play with her sibling.
Tella: Since we have had this game, I can clean, do the washing, watch tv without the kids shouting me or wanted me to keep putting their stuff on. I have got a lot more done since we have had this game. Plus, it has brought this family closer. This game is definitely a family game as it keeps the kids entertained for ages so we can get things done quicker and easier.
Karly: It's a useful tool when helping with counting and memory. It makes it easier having visual tools for my daughters. Not only with counting but with colours and patterns too. Having a visual tool helps to explain things in more detail without over complicating things and still making it fun.
Would you choose this product to win?
Abi: I would choose it. Partly because my girl loves giraffes. The colours are bright. It's in a tidy box so it is easy to put away.
Harriet: I liked that the game was colourful, durable, it felt good quality and it was good value for money. As a parent you know that any games have a life span as after they have been played and played they are no longer ‘exciting’ – therefore to find a game for this cost is excellent. I also used the game to talk about the colours and designs (spotty/stripey) with my daughter.
Aimi: I would definitely choose this for a quick and simple game to play with my 4-year-old.The colours are great and my 4-year-old loved the dice!
What changes would you make to this product?
April: This game would have been better if the concept was tweaked to focus less on the rules of matching heads on the giraffes and more on the number of scarves. The game can be finished far too quickly so a concept that extends the game would be much better.
Tella: One thing that I would change is that for bigger families it could have more players. This game is brilliant. It could also have different animals to teach your younger ones what animals they are.
Karly: The only thing I could think of is extra cards to make the game last longer! My girl could quite happily play this game for ages, so adding a few extra cards with more number scarves on could be really good!
