At a glance:

Brush-Baby's products are specially developed for babies and toddlers and help you to introduce a good dental-care routine from a very early age. This teething set contains Brush-Baby Teething wipes with tooth-friendly ingredient Xylitol help cleanse baby gums and first baby teeth, a FirstBrush and Teether which can be used from birth to clean and soothe gums as well as Teething Toothpaste which is gently Applemint flavoured and low fluoride making it safer for swallowing. With chamomile to soothe teething gums, it's the perfect combination to introduce brushing to teething babies.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

Lynsey: The flower design of the large handled rubber brush is a brilliant idea. It stops your child from choking on the brush or from pushing it too far in. This brush also has a large grip which is so handy for little fingers to hold. The smaller brush is perfect for mums to give that extra scrub. It has a little head and long handle, making it much easier to scrub those little teeth.

Dawn: I would recommend this teething toothpaste as it has honestly made such a difference to my son. Teething is no longer dreaded in this house. I am just gutted I didn't discover this when my first children were born. We've had a lot of sleepless nights over the years with teething but that is now a thing of the past.

Hannah: Easy to store. I took the toothpaste when I went on holiday and it didn't open up and spill. Very handy for stopping at grandparents and small enough to fit in changing bag or toddler bag. They are easy to clean and the bristles don't wear easily even when my children have been chewing on it. They have lasted well.

How did this product make your life easier?

Lucy: This product makes my life easier because I can brush my child’s teeth quicker as it is more interactive than others I have used. My baby can use the adult brush to learn how to brush her teeth. The toothpaste is also extremely good and because of the nice taste. It makes my daughter more interested in brushing.

Penny: It has made life so much easier because my children absolutely love the applemint taste! It makes teeth brushing fun and tasty while getting a very important job done! It used to be quite a struggle with some of the toothpaste I have tried but now they love it and always ask for it.

Lynsey: I must admit that when this product arrived I was confused about what it was. Now we've used it for a few weeks I really like it. It comes with two brushes. One is a small end brush which I use to brush his teeth with but the other is a double-sided rubber bristled large handle brush with a flower shape that slots over it. It is genius. My little boy loves to brush his own teeth with this and flower shape stops him from choking on the brush.

Would you choose this product to win?

Santhia: It is a great idea. A toothpaste with gum-soothing ingredients and a lower fluoride content since most babies will swallow all the toothpaste. I want to like this toothpaste but my son doesn't which is a real shame.

Dawn: I would absolutely choose this over any other baby toothpaste going forward and I won't ever go back to another brand. It really has changed our lives for the better. I also love the teether toothbrush as it allowed my son to brush his own teeth which he loved as he is gaining independence. I would brush his teeth first and then let him continue to do it himself afterwards which he enjoyed immensely.

Hannah: What stands out with this product is the flower stopper. It's fantastic! As parents, we've all had the trouble when they want to hold there own toothbrush and frantically watch hoping they don't hurt themselves. This product eliminates the worry as the child can't push the toothbrush too far, only enough to do the front few teeth. The design is pretty and practical.

What changes would you make to this product?

Lucy: Nothing. I wouldn’t change anything as you couldn't make it any better. Except of course if it was cheaper!

Penny: The only thing I would change would be the size of the toothpaste - I would like a bigger tube! I will definitely be buying more when we run out and will be looking at the whole range. It really is a great product and would really urge other mums to try this if they struggle at teeth brushing time as I did.

Lynsey: The brushes and the set were brilliant and very useful. The one thing we didn't like was the apple mint toothpaste. We have been using baby toothpaste already which is mint flavoured but when we change to try this one he didn't seem to like it. I don't know if it's the flavour or the texture as other kinds of toothpaste are much thicker.
