The Viaggio 2-3 Flex car seat is so flexible you can use it for a longer period of time than other car seats. Suitable for children from 3 to 12 years (15 to 36 kg), it will be your child’s travelling companion for many years, ensuring safety and protection at every stage of his or her growth. It is technologically advanced and can be adjusted in a number of positions. When not in use it can be folded on itself, so it takes up little room and the fabric is protected over time.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

Nesrin: I would definitely recommend it. It is good quality, very comfortable and safe to use for long journeys. The design is perfect for any gender and folds away easily which is a great feature for any mum.

Elizabeth: I would recommend this product to a friend as it really did make things easier for me. In addition, the seat looked nice and my son wanted to use it. My husband was very impressed with how easily the seat folded up and how compact it went. This would be really useful when transporting it.

Shelley: This car seat looks very stylish and it is easy to install with the Isofix. My child appeared very comfortable in the seat and I like that the settings can be changed when they get older. It reclines which I think is uncommon with this type of car seat. However, there are other car seats on the market for the same price that seem sturdier and safer than this car seat, therefore, I would not recommend this one.

How did this product make your life easier?

Meltem: I really like this car seat. It is well structured and not flimsy. It made from a quick wipe-down material which is so good for any accidents. The Isofix fitted perfectly in place and it can remain there for a very long time provided you do not change your car! My daughter loves it and she can't wait to hop in it as soon as we are ready to leave with the car. It is very easy to store when not in use and takes up little space in the boot.

Nesrin: It has definitely made my life easier. My baby was very comfortable and not only is it safe but it is great for long journeys. I can take the car seat in and out very quickly which is great.

Elizabeth: All the family really liked this car seat. It was easy to fit, my son loved it and was very excited to find out he had a new car seat to try which he thought looked like it was for 'a big boy'. One thing I particularly liked about the seat was that it seemed more slimline. It was much easier to reach around to undo the seatbelt buckle than other car seats of that type. This actually made using the car seat much easier.

Would you choose this product to win?

Shelley: I would not recommend that this seat should win, as there are other seats for the same price that appear much sturdier and safer. I feel that other brands would give more protection in the event of an impact. Additionally, there is no padding for the seat belt or anywhere to hold the seat belt into position.

Meltem: It is a simple yet very well put together car seat and it really puts my toddlers comfort first. It is also safe and less bulky than other car seats. We have another baby so this and another infant car seat can be fitted into the back.

Nesrin: I think this product really stands out because of the quality and the fact it is easy to put together. It is flexible so you can fold it away easily and you can use it for a very long time. The quality of the car seat is really good and as kids can get a bit messy you need something you can easily wash and keep clean.

What changes would you make to this product?

Elizabeth: I found it pretty difficult to suggest improvements on this car seat. However, the one thing I did notice it didn't have is armrests. My son didn't complain about not having them but on long car journeys, I thought it might have been more comfortable to have them, especially if he fell asleep.

Shelley: I would add sturdier side protection. In the event of an impact, I feel that would help protect the child and the adult would feel more comfortable driving knowing they are protected.

Meltem: Despite the connection of the car seat belt looking safe, I can't help but wonder if my mind would be put more at ease with a five-point harness. That one little feature would give me peace of mind and prevent me constantly looking over to check my toddler is not escaping.
