Baby milestone cards to capture those special moments

Everyone always says babies grow so fast and when you’re a parent, you soon learn how true that is. One second you’re holding your tiny newborn in your arms at the hospital and then the next, they’re taking those wobbly first steps.

Baby milestone cards have grown in popularity over the years, offering a chance for parents to capture a photo of a certain 'first' in their child’s life, with the card explaining what that moment was. These usually come in a big pack and range from age milestone cards to ones such as ‘Today I smiled for the first time’ or ‘I sat up today.’ They're especially a cute way to share the experience with friends and family and they're always a hit on social media.

How do you use baby milestone cards?

All you need to do is place the relevant baby milestone card next to your little one and get ready to snap a photo! When your child is a bit older you can attempt to get your baby to hold the card themselves but this doesn’t always go to plan so it’s easier just to place or prop the milestone card nearby.

What do you write on a baby milestone card?

Many milestone cards will have a space on the front for you to write the date that the special moment has occurred but if not, just flip the card over and write it on the back instead. You can also note down any fun facts about the memory too so you can read them back in the future and reminisce.
