The Joie Mimzy Snacker 2in1 Highchair is ultra-adaptable with its 3-position adjustable tray – perfect for accommodating children of all shapes and sizes. When you’re ready to move on to the next stage the tray can easily be removed to allow your kiddo to experience their first tastes of family mealtime around the table. Far from taking up lots of space, the Snacker 2in1 collapses easily with one hand into a slim, freestanding fold that will slip into even the smallest of spaces – making tidy up time quick and simple, so you can get on with the fun.

How did this product make your life easier?

Sharon: The Joie Mimzy snacker 2in1 is ideal for a busy family. Its practical design allows families to fold it up for easy storage when not in use. Its secure fastenings give parents peace of mind of their child's safety whilst sat at the table. I also found it particularly useful that it reclines, enabling me to feed baby whilst at the table with my older toddler.

Emma: I really loved the Highchair overall. The stand out feature for me was that is was so lightweight, making it easy to fold up and down and move around. The highchair I was using before was actually similar in design but much heavier and bulkier. I really noticed the difference when testing the product. I love the padded seat and the fact baby feels so secure in it - she sometimes sits in it playing with toys whilst I make dinner etc which is a real plus point.

Amy: I like how this product has 5 different height settings so I can adjust it to suit my baby and also to the height of our table. When my son no longer needs the tray I can leave it off and just adjust the chair to our table height and tuck it in! I love the net under the hair chair as it is so handy for storing things like bibs, wipes or even spare spoons! The tray is also large so plenty of room to fit babies food on.

Would you recommend this to other parents?

Emma: 100% would recommend this to a fellow mum. I've mentioned some of the reasons why in the last response, but to follow on from that, it is great that it is height adjustable - we have both a breakfast bar and dining table and it is great baby can sit at both. It is also useful you can fold the arms up and take off the tray so they can sit directly at the table. I think this will mean you will get much for use out of it as baby becomes a toddler. I also love the little fabric holder at the bottom of the highchair - great for keeping bibs in etc. Also really easy to get baby in and out as the tray comes off- all in all, it all really simple to use - I didn't even need to look at the instructions to set it up or use it for the first time.

Amy: I would recommend this product as it folds small so doesn't take much room and is also really light even to pull closer to the table with baby in. The whole seat comes off easily so great to clean. The large tray is great but you have to be careful where you put it if you put the food on the tray loose like me. The tray stands at an angle once removed so any excess food tends to fall off. The design of this seat is so neutral and would go well with any living room/kitchen.

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Emma: Yes, I think the product should win, particularly as it is at such a good price point! I think the main things that make it stand out are that it's lightweight, really simple to use, great padded seat that feels very secure, height-adjustable, and the addition of the little fabric holder at the bottom - I haven't actually seen another highchair with this and it comes in really handy.

Amy: Personally I would pick other high chairs over this one just due to the seat recline positions. It has 3 recline settings and even on the furthest forward setting my son at 17 months still leans back a bit in it so I could imagine at 6 months old it would be better to have a highchair that is more upright. Also, my son's feet don't really touch the footrest so I would go for one with more support. I do love the fact this highchair is so light and it folds up so easy! It says if folds with one hand easy which my partner can do but it takes me a few goes and I end up using two (I think it's because he is stronger).

What changes would you make to this product?

Emma: If I am splitting hairs, the only thing I would change would perhaps make it slightly easier to clean. There are a few 'hard to reach' places within the padded seat that if food gets into it takes a while to clean properly. The only thing that I prefer about the original highchair I bought for baby was the fact the tray had a plastic cover over the top of it which was detachable and you could put straight in the dishwasher - it would be amazing if this had that too. But overall I really do prefer this highchair - I have actually given the old one to my mum and kept this one as I find it so much easier for baby!

Amy: I would definitely change the seat recline settings so it can come forwards more and be more upright as that is what would stop me from picking this high chair compared to others. And also make the foot rest more adjustable to give more support. I have to say the net underneath is definitely my favourite thing about this product though!
