Find out what our mum testers thought of Nutrimum Breastfeeding Cereal Bars.

Tested by mum Jane Hobday for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

These bars are delicious and really good for you at the same time! I found both flavours that I tried rally nice and I didn't feel like I was eating something healthy - for me they felt like a treat and they filled me up as well. For the calories they are much bigger than other cereal type bars and they contain all the correct vitamins that are vital for breastfeeding too  - meaning no other vitamins are necessary to take.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

These Nutrimum Breastfeeding Cereal Bars are a great idea because they are such an easy any to get your vitamins without having to remember to take pills. I also found them really useful to put in my changing bag so that if I was out and about then I wouldn't miss a meal - because we all know as a busy mum you need to keep your energy up and you need to be eating in order to maintain your milk supply.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

They work out to be £1 per bar. This is a lot of money if you were to have one a day (which you would need to if you were using these as your sole supply of vitamins) - my suggestion would be to offer discounts for more than one pack. I also think these need marketing a bit more as I had never heard of them and I wouldn't know where to buy them from.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

The Nutrimum Breastfeeding Cereal Bars are a great alternative to taking vitamins, as with many busy mums i would often forget to take my vitamins and forget or not have time for breakfast so this is a great way to have both in one go. They taste great and are the perfect size for a quick breakfast. The only down side i would say is the price. fairly expensive especially if you are eating one a day

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The product is great but a little pricey.
