Here's what Holly, mum of Grayson, 11 months, thought of the Ergobaby Metro+.

The Ergobaby Metro+ at a glance:

The Ergobaby Metro+ Pushchair has all the comfort of a full-size stroller in an ultra-compact design, making it the ideal fit for parents who do not want to sacrifice comfort for convenience. It has extra cushy padding and an adjustable handlebar, providing ultimate comfort and support for both baby and parents - tall and small. A breeze to handle with an ultra-compact fold, the Metro+ is both newborn-ready and car seat-compatible, making it a go-to stroller for everyday life.

How did this product make your life easier?

The pram folded up into a compact size which made it easy to store and transport. The folding mechanism made it effortless to take up and down, you could almost do it one-handed! The lightweight but sturdy frame allowed me to lift the pram in and out of the boot with ease. For the size of the pram, there is a fair size basket on the bottom which is great for storing the rain cover, baby essentials or a little bit of shopping.

The large extending hood makes the pram suitable for all weather conditions and is particularly good at keeping the wind or sun off of my son's face. The pram is simple to use and fuss-free which is ideal when you are trying to juggle a little one too. The seat is well padded offering my son comfort on long walks. Having the option to adjust how horizontal or up-right my son sits without having to interchange the seat is a bonus as I can lower the height of the backrest if he falls asleep on the move. The adjustable height handlebar means that both my husband and I can push the pram in comfort with the handle positioned relative to our size. The only downside is how complicated the buckle on the harness is to do up, especially if the baby is on protest!

Would you recommend this to other parents?

I would recommend this product to other parents if they are looking for a compact, lightweight, and well-manufactured pram. It offers a smooth and comfortable ride and is a pram that will 'grow' with your little one.

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

I would choose this pram and have a lot of positive comments to share about my experiences using it. The pram is compact for storage and transportation as well as being able to offer a comfortable and safe space for my son to ride. It is a pram that will grow with my son which makes it good value for money too.

What changes would you make to this product?

The harness buckle! I find that the buckle on the harness is the most complicated and least user-friendly part of the pram. At times it can be very fiddly to do up, particularly if my son is having a bit of a stroppy protest about going in the pram in the first place. It is not the simplest or quickest buckle to do up. If the buckle could be simplified so that it fastened more effectively, rather than having to connect 4 parts together, that would make the pram pretty faultless.
