This sheet-style sleep bag is designed to let air circulate, but this means the fabric isn’t as soft as some other sleep bags, but we do like the star print. It’s particularly easy and practical to use, thanks to poppers on the shoulders and the zip being on the side.
Tested by: Stacey Reeves, mum to Matilda, six weeks. She says:
“I like the bold, attractive print. The material is good quality and washed well, but it didn’t soften up much. I like the placement of the zip – I find it much easier to get Matilda into a bag with a zip on the side rather than on the front. The lack of poppers under the arms to adjust the size meant material gathered up under her chin, though.”
Tested by: Claire Quansah, mum to Isaac, 10 months. She says:
“The star pattern is cute and appealing, but I felt the quality of the fabric was a little disappointing. This bag is also narrower than the others by a good inch, so it’s less roomy and so isn’t really suitable for a very wriggly baby. It’s not expensive, but not the best value either – I think you can get better quality sleep bags for the price.”
Tested by: Lindsay Moles, mum to Jacob, 18 months. She says:
“I worried this might be too small (we tested the 6–18m size), but it was a perfect fit and Jacob still had room to grow. I loved the simple print and it’s very lightweight. The side-fastening zip and poppers on the shoulders made this super easy to put on and take off, but it’s thinner and notably less soft than some other bags.”
