Why would you recommend Mini Micro Scooter to a friend/fellow parent?

Absolutely fantastic product! After having the "My First Scooter" we didn't think our son enjoyed riding a scooter however the micro scooter is so lightweight and smooth to steer and he has taken to it straight away.  The scooter was so easy to assemble. After a read through the seriously simple instructions and within two minutes he was zooming around the garden. Definitely recommended to anyone with a toddler.

How does this product make your life easier as a dad?

My three year old loves to time himself out on his scooter, whether it is round the garden or out walking the dog. With other scooters I found myself having to push him along every now and then and eventually carrying it home. However with the micro scooter he can steer smoothly with little effort.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The one thing my three year old took a while to master was steering around corners. Even though it is easy to push along, to turn right or left was quite tricky at first as it is so sensitive. After a few days he seemed to get the hang of it and picked up some speed.

Why would you recommend Mini Micro Scooter to a friend/fellow parent?

This is a great product. It looks stylish and fun. Lovely bright colours.  It came with stickers which were fun and both kids enjoyed decorating it.  It doesn't fold down which I was unsure about initially as there was info included showing a scooter that folds, but then I realised the info was for the kick scooter.  Building it was easy.  It feels really durable and long-lasting.  It’s lightweight and easy to carry around. The information sent with it was good, and I like the catalogue of other items to personalise it. I would definitely recommend this product.

Park visits have become that bit more interesting and fun.  Our youngest is still getting to grips with it.  He was initially more interested in pushing it around, but after a few visits to the park he is now watching all the other kids and starting to scoot around.  It has been very simple for him to pick up, and easy to use.  My elder toddler loves it.  She had a four wheel scooter initially which was terrible in comparison.  This is a more expensive item but I think it is worth spending the money as it looks like it will outlive their usage which is great.  A lot of kids in the park also have this product which is testament to its quality.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I can't think of anything to improve this product.  Possibly the ability to fold it down, but only if it didn't compromise the quality and strength of the product.

Why would you recommend Mini Micro Scooter to a friend/fellow parent?

This is a fantastic product. Having tried a cheaper product with my 3 year old, I fully appreciate how great this product is. My child took to this immediately. It is well designed, looks good, steers well, is very responsive to my child and easily folds down for travelling or storage. It is hard wearing and copes with being treated roughly by my child. I would highly recommend this product.

My child is happy to scoot everywhere on this scooter, and she can do it with ease. This makes life so much easier with a baby in tow as well. I know that my 3 year old can happily travel on the scooter without tiring and she has learned to use the break effectively too. It makes trips to the park / shops, much easier.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

It is a fantastic product but it is expensive. I understand that you have to pay for good quality but I think the price could be slightly less, and it might attract more people to buy it. I, for one, tried a cheaper version but this is a far more superior version.

Why would you recommend Mini Micro Scooter to a friend/fellow mum?

The perfect toy, encourages exercise, allows mum independence of carrying/walking at snails’ pace, helps with balance, confidence, the ability to learn and improve their skills continues for years. There is no boredom, just tiredness. They collapse to small and the accessories available are now vast, helping to Pimp Their Ride. A tired child is invariable a healthy one and always a sleepy one.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

No more carrying, except when too tired or in a bad terrain, meaning I can push pushchair, carry shopping or just walk free again

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Make the fold away button easier to press while maintaining it safety catch requirement.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow parent?

This scooter is so easy for my child to use, it’s become a replacement for walking or the board on the back of the push chair. He loves it to the point that we can't leave the house without it now. I would totally recommend it for local trips and especially when a young child needs to keep up with bigger, faster kids.

How does this product make your life easier as a dad?

It means I can leave the house and not worry about the trip taking longer or becoming slowed down by my child. It has also become his new favourite toy, he speeds round with a real sense of confidence that I didn't think would come till he is older and could manage the two wheeled scooters.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I wish it folded up so we could fit it in the car or in the house easier. The handlebars are quite long and there is no way to pop it in the back of the car without moving a ton of other stuff. Other than that it's great. Light and he loves it.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow parent?

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. The design is innovative, sleek, easy to use and easy to change as my toddler grows. The stability whilst riding gives my child the confidence to scoot without the concern of falling off or having to balance, like with other scooters. The fact that you can add the seat also gives the scooter another level of fun and comfort ensuring that even if my child is a little tired, he can sit down and still scoot.

How does this product make your life easier as a parent?

This product allows me to have less worry whilst letting my child scoot. I do not need to worry about him falling off or breaking it due to its design and therefore I have less to worry about when out and about. The design is small enough to transport easily in my car and the scooter is light enough to lift with 1 hand for both me and my child. I particularly like that it has an easy to use break ensuring that my child is in control at all times.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I would not change anything about this product as it covers all of the bases, value for money, sleek and easy to use design, and lightweight making it easy to scoot on as well as light to transport and carry. A great product that has introduced my child to the world of scooting.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I would highly recommend this amazing scooter to all of my friends and family.  It is a brilliant first scooter, built using high quality materials, and providing a stylish look.  It is simple to set up, light enough to easily carry, and sturdy due to its two wheels at the front.  I loved the adjustable handle bars, and the easy to use brake at the back.  The brake was a different colour from the rest of the scooter making it easy to locate for my child.  The flexibility in the board makes it great for steering.  The frame is small although strong and we found it a great size to fit into the car boot or cupboard under the stairs.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

The micro scooter has encouraged my child to get out and about more.  Fun trips to the shops or a family day out at the local estate.  It is also great value for money, and I believe it would last my child many years.  The company also make the next size up and I believe this gives more weight to the high scores I have given.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I genuinely cannot think of anything I would change, perhaps an added child friendly cleaning kit so that my child can clean it off, and learn how to look after things?

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

This scooter was fantastic at getting my oldest excited about a walk, even to do a boring leaflet drop.  I didn't wait once.  He learnt extremely quickly how to use it, maybe ten minutes.  It looks good and has a great design as it seems stable when on the go or just parked up.  It is not heavy to carry and easy to wash down.  I would recommend this to fellow mums.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

It provides a fun alternative mode of transport, that I think he will use daily.  I could see a sense of pride on his face every time he turned to wait for his slow mum and a buggy.  It is easy to store due to its size and the adjustable frame is simple to change.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The price is a little bit expensive, and we would have to wait for a birthday or Christmas.  I think if it could sell at under £50 it might be better.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow dad?

Our son absolutely loves his micro scooter, it was easy for him to use. It was instinct at 21 months he just got on it and scooted off. He doesn't know anyone who has one but just knew what to do! It's lightweight and easy for him to pick up and turn as he hasn't mastered how to lean into the handle to turn right/left. Looks great and sturdy

How does this product make your life easier as a dad?

He's confident and I don't have to hoover to much over him, he hasn't hurt himself and seems quietly confident on it.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Is there some way of limiting the speed as I have seen older children going downhill very fast?
