At a glance:

Lovingly designed with new mums and babies in mind, the Mother & You Safe & Sound range is gentle and kind on newborn skin. The products are suitable for sensitive skin, cruelty-free, formulated without major allergens and are hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

Emma: I would recommend them because of the company ethos and the quality of the products. The products feel gentle, smell lovely and leave my mucky boys looking lovely and clean! They are very well priced for the quality of the product.

Debbie: I would recommend this as I loved the massage oils and they would make a lovely gift. The oils are also very nice to use, the bottles are a good size and the product is a good consistency.

Isobel: I would recommend these products for their ease of use and their high quality. They have lasted a lot longer than similar products I have used. They may be more expensive initially but they save money in the long run. The bottom balm dispenser also makes it easier to apply, with little waste.

How did this product make your life easier?

Ruby: The range of products shows thought has really gone into what toiletries a baby needs. The nappy cream was my favourite because there is no screw top, which means minimal mess. It was so much easier to apply, was not sticky and did not stain my fingers.

Jessica: Amazing products. I love the shape of the lids and found the nappy cream fast and easy to use.

Shanai: All of the products are easy to apply on to a wriggly baby and they smell lovely. With a baby, you have to be careful with what products you are using but these are great for sensitive skin. The night massage oil helps relax baby before bed and she sleeps so much better for it. The nappy balm works brilliantly.

Would you choose this product to win?

Debbie: After using this lovely range of products I would put the massage oils forward as a winner and the range forward as a good competitor. The oils felt more thought out as a product and my baby loved them too. This range stands out because the beautiful smells are a bit different from the usual.

Emma: Yes. There is no chemical smell and it doesn't feel harsh towards the baby's skin. My children both have very sensitive skin, with my eldest suffering from eczema. None of the products I have used from this range has irritated him. The boys smell so lovely after using the products and I love the ethos of the company.

Isobel: Yes I would choose these products due to their ease of use! I will definitely be purchasing the hair and body wash again, just for the foaming dispenser. I like that the products are all hypoallergenic because as a family, we all have sensitive skin.

What changes would you make to this product?

Ruby: It was hard to distinguish between the products so I would prefer if the packaging was slightly varied. The products are all so individual in terms of their uses and felt very premium but I did not feel the packaging or colour scheme reflected this.

Jessica: I would love if they came in a travel sized bottle as this would be very convenient. I think the body lotion should have a similar lid to the bottom balm as I found that this really limited wastage and also let my little boy have a play, without squirting cream everywhere.

Shanai**:** I don't think I would change anything but it would be great if they did miniature versions of the products. So if you were going on holiday you wouldn't have to take the big bottles.
