This high-quality product is a worthy investment that will last your baby from newborn to toddler. The cot is easy to assemble and compact enough to carry with ease. For us, the standout feature is the breathable, perforated mattress.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

I would highly recommend this product to other mums. It was very easy to use with its slick design, and collapses neatly into a bag making it easy to transport. The cot was very comfortable for my baby boy – he slept like a dream. Once erected into place, it was easy to move around the room as it is lightweight. However, when carrying it around in the storage bag it was quite heavy.

How did this product make your life easier?

It was extremely easy to assemble and collapse, and required no fiddling, like with other cheaper travel cots. There is a grab handle in the middle of the base, and once you pull it, the mattress folds up and slides into the supplied drawstring case for transport. Everything you need is in one bag – base, mattress and bed sheet. It’s great that it has been designed for both baby and toddler.

Would you choose this product to win?

Yes, in terms of a long-term buy that we would continue to benefit from as our little one grows up. I would choose this product over others as I think it is well worth the money, comfortable, made from breathable materials, easy to assemble, came with a bed sheet and is easy to transport.

What changes would you make to this product?

I found the product was heavy to carry once all packed in the drawstring bag, so perhaps two handles would be better to spread out the weight. I could only find this travel cot in three colour options so I would therefore like to see it available in more colours.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

I would really recommend this product and have done already to friends and family. It is really easy to assemble and my baby has slept really well in it. It is nice looking, smart and compact too, which is important to me. This cot should last many years as it is nice and spacious and comfortable for my daughter. A really good buy in my opinion!

How did this product make your life easier?

This product makes life much easier as a mum as I have been able to travel to many places with the added ease of taking this light and compact travel cot. We have not had to worry about organising a cot for the hotel and it has been very easy to put up and down both in the car and when we have arrived at our destination.

Would you choose this product to win?

Yes I would recommend this product to everyone! It really stands out and I think it is excellent value for money. It is very easy to use, looks attractive and is completely portable. I am planning to take this product on holiday as it is so easy to use and my daughter sleeps so soundly in it.

What changes would you make to this product?

I'm not sure I would change much about this product. Perhaps a thicker mattress would be more luxurious? But that would obviously increase the cost. I personally really like this product and will use it for all of my children in the future.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

There are so many positives about this travel cot. Firstly, it opens out really quickly and feels very secure and steady. Secondly, I feel my baby is safe as she has no way of getting her hands or feet stuck, and finally, it is compact so it doesn't take up too much space in my living room. The only downside is that it is quite heavy to carry once folded away and I found it hard to fold up without the help of my partner. That said, I would definitely still recommend it despite these things.

How did this product make your life easier?

I found that this product worked great when visiting the grandparents, as even when we didn't stay overnight but it was perfect for day naps! The attachable bassinet meant I didn’t have to reach far down to put my baby in, which is helpful for my back.

Would you choose this product to win?

I would choose this product due to the secure bassinet which firmly attaches to the frame, this is a handy design and unique to others that I have seen on the market. I can see that Nuna has really thought about catering for both young babies and toddlers in this product, and therefore I do think it should win a Mother & Baby award.

What changes would you make to this product?

The product is so simple to open up and assemble but it is a shame that it is such a struggle to close down. I found that I needed a second person involved, and would prefer to be able to do it myself.

Tested by mum Helen Lydiatt for the Mother & Baby awards 2018:

Would you recommend this to other mums?

The cot couldn't be any easier to put up, which was perfect when you have a tired baby after travelling. It's really sturdy and is quite large when it's up, which means it would work from new-born to toddler! It’s therefore a good investment. The carry bag makes it all transportable, although it is quite heavy to carry.

How did this product make your life easier?

Life is easier because I can put the travel cot up in 30 seconds and didn't even have to read the instruction manual. It has a bassinet for babies which is great as they are higher up, this makes it easier to lift them in and out. It can also be removed and then becomes a decent size for toddlers. Nuna have also included a sheet with the product, which was a nice added extra.

Would you choose this product to win?

I would choose this product for mums who regularly travel to see family and friends or go on holiday and need something sturdy to use as a cot. However, for occasional use, it's very expensive and quite large, so for me personally, there are better travel cots on the market.

What changes would you make to this product

If I could change anything, I would make this cot lighter and cheaper. It's not bad value, given the high quality of the materials, but I do feel it is too expensive.

Tested by mum Thokozani Brown for the Mother & Baby awards 2018:

Would you recommend this to other mums?

The travel cot is designed very well. In particular, the bassinet insert is a good height, especially in the middle of night when taking my daughter in and out of the cot for feeds. Assembling the travel cot was quick and easy, we didn't even have to use the instructions to set it up. It can easily be stowed away under the bed or in the boot of the car as it is so compact and I also love that I am able to clean the mattress with ease.

How did this product make your life easier?

The portability of the travel cot makes it an appealing product. It’s also easy to set up, which makes a difference on a daily basis. In my opinion, the overall quality of the product is far superior to most travel cots on the market.

Would you choose this product to win?

Before using this product, my daughter was co-sleeping with us and using her Sleepyhead. When the product arrived, we moved her to the travel cot and she immediately settled in and slept comfortably. The amount of space is great as she can really stretch out. The cot is extremely easy to wipe clean and the perforated, breathable mattress is another feature that most travel cots do not have.

What changes would you make to this product?

The weight of the product was the only negative. I felt that the Sena Aire was heavier than travel cots I had viewed and tested before. Also, the product is quite pricey! However, I would still recommend it.
