How did this product make your life easier?
Gemma: This product makes my life easier as it’s essentially like having two products in one. The swim nappy part is very secure and the bathing suit part protects from the sun with its UV50 rating. As a result, I don’t need to pack as many outfits or disposable swim nappy’s for trips to the beach or swimming pool.
Amy: The design of this product is an all in one swimsuit and nappy. This, for obvious reasons, makes life easier as you don’t need to remember to take a separate nappy, it makes changing quicker and saves on washing (if using reusable swim nappies)/environment (with disposable swim nappies). The zip on the back makes it super easy to put on/take off too.
Louise: This product makes life easier for any mum due to the fact it has a nappy liner to stop any leaks or fluids from getting into the pool. It is also UPF50 which helps to also keep your child protected from the sun as well as using suncream off course. The fact the swimsuit has a zip at the back makes getting it on and off a toddler super simple and quick.
Would you recommend this to other parents?
Niamh: I definitely would recommend this to a friend. When out in the sun it can be worrying having young children trying to ensure they are protected, but with this product, you have extra reassurance with it providing UPF50+ sun protection! The cost of this product is very reasonable and affordable for everyone. The sizing of the sunsuit is great and will last your child for months!
Siobhan: I have recommended this product to friends. I think children's swimwear can be expensive and the price initially may seem high but when you consider that you can use it for a couple of different things i.e. doesn't have to be used in the water but can be, then it saves you from having to buy more than one type of swimsuit and then a separate sunsuit etc. It's also got loads of designs including some unisex ones and it covers a wide age range because it's stretchy so you don't have to keep rebuying every few months!
Stacey: Definitely, I would recommend this product to anyone who was looking for a splash suit for their child, I would feel comfortable recommending this for small children and babies of any age and I feel comfortable that they would also love this product as a parent for the same reasons that I do. I have already recommended the product to other parents at my little boys swimming classes
Would you choose this product above all others on the market?
Julia: The designs are really lovely and it was easy to get the nappy on and off my baby. He was very comfortable in it and could move around easily whilst wearing it. It has a very high SPF and covers most of the child's body, so would be very useful outdoors. It is easy to wash and dry. I think it is very good value for money.
Gabriella: The sunsuit feels very well made, it doesn't feel cheap and flimsy and we have used it and washed it quite a few times now and you would still think it's never been worn or used. We had the unfortunate experience of our son really testing out the nappy part and I can confirm all contents were caught! The leg holes on the nappy haven't left any marks on my son which we have tried different re-usable swim nappies to find they have dug into his legs a bit. It was warm and sun cream was applied to my son when using the sunsuit and it protected his little body and fair skin from burning.
Gemma: Yes I really would. It’s a more environmentally friendly way of letting your child enjoy being in the water as you don’t need a disposable liner under the nappy. The styles of the sunsuits are beautiful and it’s a more cost-effective way of purchasing a protective sun suit being an all in one instead of buying a swim nappy and swimsuit separately.
What changes would you make to this product?
Amy: I do really like the design (there were a few different options and all were really cute), and it is easy to put on/take off which is great. It would be great if the legs were more elasticated to allow greater variation in the size of the child and extend the use of the product. The main change I’d make would be to make the waistband elastic to create a seal to greater reduce any risk of leakage.
Louise: The only thing I would change about the product would be adding a hat alongside so that the swimsuit and hat would match as hats are also great for protecting children from the sun and stopping sunstroke (more for outside). Could also think about maybe some different designs for children 2-3 and 3-4 as my eldest would also have benefited from this swimsuit due to not being potty trained and being a redhead.
Niamh: There is nothing I would change with his product. I feel it offers and has everything you could need. It is available in a wide range of designs and colours ensuring there is something for everyone. The only thing I would possibly add is if the sunsuit could be available in bigger sizes, I know the current biggest size is 12-24 months but it would be great if there was bigger. Other than that, the product is great and I look forward to purchasing their products in the future.
