‘At the moment, I’m working so hard and moving so fast, I know when I stop I’ll get ill. So having five days off, I’m worried I’m going to get sick. But I love getting to spend real time with my children. They come away with me most of the time, but when I’m working, I’m working.’

Lily also reveals Ethel likes to sing, but she’s not planning to push her daughters towards a similar showbiz career.
