Gin lovers, get ready for the festive news you’ve been waiting for (well, since we told you about the John Lewis gin advent calendar that is), Aldi are launching gin flavoured mince pies and we are so excited!
The festive treat will be given a boozy twist this year, with tarts infused with warming sloe gin (it is the season to be jolly after all…) The Specially Selected Sloe Gin Mince Tarts will be available in Aldi from November 14th and a pack of six will only set you back £2.29!
Described as ‘a very sophisticated alternative to the traditional mince pies’, the ingredients include mincemeat and sloe gin filling, topped with flaked almonds.
Be sure to set a date in your diary, we’re sure they won’t be around for long!
